When my wife was in a bad car wreck, after 18 months of hospitals and rehabilitation, walking is still laborious and painful with a cane. Enter the NARRAK Electric Tricycle. Walking down the newly installed ramp at our front door to her new mobility at the bottom, she exclaimed, ''What a beautiful bike! (she meant trike). Due to her stiff knees she had to have me raise the seat , then placing her feet on the peddles, with a twist of the handle she was off! ''Oh, I don't know if I can peddle this, oh my knees'' ''You can do it Love, try!'' I exclaimed. She made one rotation then another and her knees began to relax. A look of wonder and sheer joy crossed her face as the potentials filled her mind, ''Now I can go with you guys down to the creek.'' (a mile away on a flat road) she exclaimed. Tears threatened to splash down my cheeks as I saw how happy this wonderful trike affected her. Thank you Narrak! The electric peddle assist can be calibrated to give just the right amount of push to allow the person to peddle in the grassy fields and pathways all around our farm and it feels like you are doing it , not just riding an electric scooter. The wide, fat tires lend great stability. The sturdy baskets are just waiting to be filled with gardening supplies and tools. The Trike is so well built we are planning attach a small trailer to it to bring in our harvests from the Large garden. Since the Narrak arrived, The Love of my life has been riding it around the circumference of our farm, probably a quarter mile, every day after breakfast and then again after lunch. I walk beside her just to make sure in the breaking in stage, and I'm starting to notice she's beginning to make me huff and puff a little to keep up. You go girl! Lately when we arrive back at the ramp at home I ask '' You want to go for another round?'' ''Hew eyes light up and she exclaims, ''Oh, yeah, could we?! This is so fun!!'' And off we go, her knees are rapidly improving in ways they never would have without this trike. On the trike she's not handicapped but is experiencing all the joy of a kid on their first bike. The bike arrived ahead of schedule in a box with no damage. The carton made of strong cardboard was extremely well sealed with plastic straps covered in postage tape. All bike parts were in good order due to extensive packing material. Much to my surprise, the instruction manual was obviously written by someone who's first language was English. Extremely comprehensive instructions. Assembly was straight forward with a couple of issues with parts not aligning precisely. Some persuasion and one tap and die set to make the fix and wallah, the trike was ready to ride. Battery was near fully charged. And off I go. After many years riding my rad rover, I had to part with it due to some balance issues. Loved that bike. Using it as a standard by which to compare this bike, I would say it is near equal in quality. In terms of return on investment, they are equal. What makes this bike right for me now is my back pain that prevents me from walking distance mostly goes away when sitting. So now I can sit comfortably and pedal without being inhibited by that sciatic issue. It's great to be moving again. ... show more

My husband and I purchased this electric tricycle for him, because he's disabled and can't drive a car. He's had manual tricycles in the past, and has been in need of an electric one for a while. We purchased this one for him, and we're both very, very pleased with the quality of the product. We had some initial issues with it when we got it, part of the battery was damaged, presumably during shipping, and there were some electronic issues with it as well. Customer service has shipped out a replacement part for the part that was damaged, and we reached out to customer service for help with fixing the electronic issues. They were very quick in helping us get it fixed. The trike works flawlessly now, and I highly recommend this product. If you're in the market for an electric tricycle, I highly encourage you to get this one. the product is spectacular, the customer service and tech support is amazing, and the value for the money is awesome. The media could not be loaded. I searched for months looking for a budget trike that would meet the requirements of the area I live in . I live in a very hilly area which requires plenty of power , a parking brake, suspension, and an adequate display . This etrike is amazing. The build and quality is much more than I had expected. The assembly was pretty straightforward and it was 75 percent complete upon arrival. The 750W motor ( which peaks at over 1300W) is very powerful lots of torque for climbing hills. Very comfortable seat , and the ease of folding makes it easy to transport. The Narrak gets up to speed quickly and the trike is easy to maneuver in tight spots. Did not have balance issues like other trikes in the category. The ride was very smooth. Last but not least the 48V 13 AH battery is good quality. My next test will be to see how much distance I can actually get in real time conditions. ... show more

Preliminary review. Fast shipping and the box it came in was in great shape. Opened the box and they did a fabulous job with tons of foam between the parts that probley took more time to remove than it took to put the trike together. It came with a good in color instruction manual ! Most people that have been around bikes wouldn't even need the manual it was that simple to put together. In my opinion the build quality is top shelf meaning the welds , paint etc. are great . Got my first 5 mile test and tune ride in and I'm very happy with this trike. Time will tell and I might have to come back and alter this review but so far it's a no brainer just go ahead pull the trigger and buy this trike ! ... show more
