The media could not be loaded. I searched for months looking for a budget trike that would meet the requirements of the area I live in . I live in a very hilly area which requires plenty of power , a parking brake, suspension, and an adequate display . This etrike is amazing. The build and quality is much more than I had expected. The assembly was pretty straightforward and it was 75 percent complete upon arrival. The 750W motor ( which peaks at over 1300W) is very powerful lots of torque for climbing hills. Very comfortable seat , and the ease of folding makes it easy to transport. The Narrak gets up to speed quickly and the trike is easy to maneuver in tight spots. Did not have balance issues like other trikes in the category. The ride was very smooth. Last but not least the 48V 13 AH battery is good quality. My next test will be to see how much distance I can actually get in real time conditions. ... show more

I like it a lot. The only thing I didn't like was the seat so I purchased a more conformable one from Amazon. Assembled was easy. I had two bad parts and the customer service is very good they sent me replacement's ASAP.

I purchased two of these trikes and was surprised to see they were very well built. The assembly was fairly easy and I had both trikes together and running within four hours. My wife noticed a minor dent on the rear fender of her trike. She also found that being a short person it was difficult to get up on the seat. I adjusted the seat to the lowest position but she still had problems getting on it. I contacted the seller and spoke with a person named Hank. I related the problem with the dented fender. Hank told me that a new fender would be sent out on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no hassles to get a new fender. I asked Hank if there was anything I could do to lower the seat. He asked how many inches would I need to lower. I replied maybe two or three inches. He related there was a seat post that could be installed under the existing seat which would give an extra several inches lower and would send me one along with the fender. I was surprised that this company and Hank would go the extra mile to accommodate my needs with no fuss or muss. If this company made other products which I would need, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it and have the confidence that if any problems occurred it would be remedied without a hassle. ... show more

The bike arrived ahead of schedule in a box with no damage. The carton made of strong cardboard was extremely well sealed with plastic straps covered in postage tape. All bike parts were in good order due to extensive packing material. Much to my surprise, the instruction manual was obviously written by someone who's first language was English. Extremely comprehensive instructions. Assembly was straight forward with a couple of issues with parts not aligning precisely. Some persuasion and one tap and die set to make the fix and wallah, the trike was ready to ride. Battery was near fully charged. And off I go. After many years riding my rad rover, I had to part with it due to some balance issues. Loved that bike. Using it as a standard by which to compare this bike, I would say it is near equal in quality. In terms of return on investment, they are equal. What makes this bike right for me now is my back pain that prevents me from walking distance mostly goes away when sitting. So now I can sit comfortably and pedal without being inhibited by that sciatic issue. It's great to be moving again. ... show more

This is a very solid trike. I see why it is the #1 selling trike on Amazon. Unlike others won't break the bank. My wife loves it. The hydraulic brakes are spot on way better than conventional disk brakes. The 4" fat tires run on anything. Hardly notice the difference when going from one terrain to another. Very easy to assemble. The packaging was awsome no damage what so ever. The seller was absolutely FABULOUS to work with. Super fast delivery. Arrived in 3 days. When purchased was told 7 days. . If you haven't bought from the Rainbow store you should. They are truly a professional company. They stand behind their product. Apparently they rely on repeat business, because it shows. Throttle did not work, called the service number and they sent a new throttle and controller, but found throttle not plugged in at the controller, simple fix. Very satisfied with the trike.
