  • Pedal Assist / Pedal only failure - Violent Bloody accident due to faulty controller
Edited 4/15/24 This bike is being sold on a different page with zero reviews. Same bike, same garbage. Just avoid Geemax I am removing the text from my original review. The seller gave me a full refund. I was very nice to the person I talked to about the issues of the bike and said that they should look into redesigning the bike, but they responded back with an embarrassing note, so I rightfully railed on them. All I wanted was a refund and for them to look into the dangerous issues it has. Not sure they will, but it is no longer available. This bike is pretty much a death trap. And I say that not as an exaggeration. Trust me. It almost killed my wife. Issues: Way to heavy and tips very easy when turning. Handlebars too low. Seat is way to close to the handlebars. A lay back seat post is needed. You feel like you are sitting over the handlebars and this configuration makes it incredibly easy to tip and get launched from it. Too upright, even when having the seat all the way down. Handlebars too flat, need a taller U shapped bar. The seat tilts and loosens so easy and cheap, it makes it very easy to fall out of. The instructions to build this bike are the worst I have ever seen. Photos too dark, no details about putting it together. If you have never built a bike, forget about building this think. Metal box around motor (?) that has gaps in it, right under the bike, so water can easily get in. The controller is definitely faulty. If you set it for pedal, it should stay that way until you change it. The controller is confusing because it says "assist" no matter what setting you are in. Seat post clamp is worthless. Could not tighten it enough. Battery does not slide out that I can see. Like I said, I explained a few of these issues on the phone with them so that they could look into a redesign so nobody else got hurt. Didn't seem they cared. ... show more

  • Very satisfied
E-Trike with works well. Assembly was a lil bit tricky but customer service was very helpful. I bought it for my father and he really enjoys it.

  • Project bike
Read the reviews, it is a pos. And I knew this going in to the purchase. I wanted a base line trike to modify for my use which is definitely what I got. Problem as listed. 1. Package arrived damaged, control wire for motor wheel dragged across loading docks and delivery trucks. Parts and pieces everywhere inside box. 2. Directions are horrific!! I have had bad instructions and then there are these. You have to know what you are doing to put this bike together! IE put the left pedal on the left side. Brake caliper takes a second to figure out. And the front brake was put on the wrong side. Example - if you hook the brake up in the right configuration the bike goes backwards. So that’s sweet. 2. THE SEAT, the seat requires modifications to stay stationary. Example - my fat ass will not stay in one place on the seat as of factory installation instructions are inadequate in any way to explain how in the …. I digress 3. This bike will be modified to have a better seat and backwards rickshaw. Ideally I would like the front tire replaced so that I can One, use the brake and Two, it won’t be damaged. Also I can’t remove the battery. ... show more

  • Built well but direction to assemble are lacking
I know there’s a brochure and there’s also a video. I can follow directions well, but the directions brochure did not go into enough detail on how to assemble And the video on YouTube went so fast that it was equally confusing. I have had it here for a few weeks now, and still have not completely assembled it. ... show more

  • Needs a pro to assemble!
Bike seem good so far but if you don't have a mechanical back ground your SOL. Product was to be 50% complete wrong! Came with damage as seen in pictures and should come with the same kind of neck my other e-bike came with so you can adjust it properly. PS Parts missing for the disk brake that where, suppose to be pre-assembled. ... show more

  • Very poor quality product with manufacturing mistakes.
The rear axil assembly was welded together wrong resulting in the attachment to the frame being about fifteen degrees off. Only one attachment bolt can be install where two are required. The sheath that the rear wheel brake cable runs through is too long and can’t be used as is. It has end caps that have to be reinstalled if the sheath is altered. I don’t have the equipment to do that. One of the rear fenders has a sizable dent and the paint is scuffed in a couple of places on the frame. The overall quality of the tricycle is very poor. ... show more

  • Pay attention to the reviews
It didn't come with all the nuts and bolts and the rim is bent so the disk break don't work on one side it rubs from one side to the other on the disk pads

  • Has almost 0 power/Missing parts
We bought this as an “aide” for someone to use to get around the property easier. When putting together, we noticed there were a few missing parts but nothing we couldn’t easily replace. We followed the directions to a T when building, with the provided QR code that sends you to a video on YouTube. After it was together, we tried testing it out. As long as no one was actually sitting on it, it has a decent amount of power. However, any weight added caused it to act like there was almost no power and it wouldn’t move more than an inch or two at best. We tested it out with 3 different people whose weights ranged from 65 pounds to 220 pounds and no matter the weight or person it acted the same. It still acted like this after trying out the different settings on the bike. As there’s an assist mode that you can pedal and it will “help” pull you along, a full assist where it moves as long as you’re pulling the trigger down, and then just pedaling. (Obviously it moved if you just pedaled but the person this was bought for cannot pedal for even a short period of time). ... show more
