Trike arrived a week ahead of schedule. It was very well packaged and other than the front wheel reflector being broken there was absolutely no damage to the contents. Reconstruction was accomplished within three hours and the included tool kit made the job much easier. Perhaps the only negative thing I would raise is the power to bike plug in being a bit awkward to align properly. Update after 6 weeks use— trike is fun to ride and handles easily. The 20” fat tires make it really easy for vertically challenged people (5’ 1”) to get on and off and the green color is pleasing. When assembling the bike, the front wheel screw hole on the left didn't line up, so my husband had to cross thread the screw to get it on. Other than that, assembly was fairly easy. I love the compact size, it's great for seniors!

Trike seems well made. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble. Instructions could be a little clearer but I was able to figure it out. We had one issue on how to operate the trike and the seller responded quickly with answer. My wife who has some health issues rides it and it’s perfect for her. Meets or exceeds all expectations. I needed something small with baskets. I have severe back problems and have trouble getting up and down the stairs to the above ground basement. This allows me to get up and down the driveway to get there without pain. I love it.

I love this tricycle. It has all the Bells and whistles of the more expensive tricycles the price point was perfect. There was a bit of assembly involved in figuring out how to unfold the tricycle. After you figure that part out, everything else was relatively easy. I would recommend this tricycle for anyone looking for a budget-friendly tricycle. ... show more

Trike seems to be well made. Tires that came with it are questionable but you can buy a new car these days and they put low grade tires on it. Probably will buy some Schwalbe Marathon 365 tires for it so that I don't have t worry about punctures since I cannot find the model of black cat tires that came with it. Assembly was a little more than desired. Get tired of buying things that are basically kits that you have to assemble but I guess that keeps the price point low. No information that I can find regarding how much rain it can take (the electronics). ... show more

    • Difficult getting the folded fork past the rear tire despite the poor instructions in manual!

I now have to bring the bike to a shop to get the folded fork past the wheel after trying for nearly two hours. If you see the unbox video it shows the fork already extended out of the box and the the assembly process. it skips the very first thing one would have to deal with to start. I wonder if the realized this was an issue then started shipping with the fork extended instead of with it folded ? ... show more
