The water heater was easy to wire a plug to, so i could just plug it in. The plumbing part was "easy peasy", hot water fairly instant. Stays hot. I wish I had bought one of these years ago. But, if you do not have a dedicated breaker/outlet, be careful using the Keurig at the same time as hot water.
