Well got water heater a few days ago it was replacing an old tank water heater that started leaking. So had to do some replacement of connection a wiring an up grade my breaker, but definitely a lot smaller doesn’t take up any room hardly at all lol. Had to do some reforcement to wall to accommodate the mounting. Seems to work great but not had long enough to really say will update when had time to know more.
