The media could not be loaded. I'll be honest, when I ordered this item there were no reviews so I was pretty nervous. When I got it in the mail today I got nervous again because the box wasn't as wide as I figured it would be. But that's because the desk top is in two pieces. Overall it didn't take long at all to put together with one person. Came with all the pieces and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything fit together perfectly first try. The electric function is awesome, moves up and down smoothly, I've tested it about 10 times so far. It does squeak just a tiny bit going up to the highest setting but nothing a little bit of oil won't fix. The top is plenty large enough to fit all of my things for work, and then some. I love the piece on the back where I can organize my cords. It works very well with my duel moniter stand. It's sturdy and I don't fear it tipping over or scooting around on the floor. The sound of it raising and lowering is magnified in the video, it really isn't "that" loud. I've attached some photos and a video. Don't mind the mess of cords, still trying to figure out how to organize those better below the desk. ... show more

Took me 30-40 minutes to assemble by myself. I know some people are saying a drill is necessary— not sure if those people are confusing a drill and a screwdriver… I built her without a drill, just a screwdriver and a little girl power. Everything else you need comes with it. The directions of course don’t have words but they’re actually fairly easy to follow. I only swore at it once. 1000x better than building anything from ikea. Goes up and down easily once assembled and my walking pad fits under nicely. I’m 5’5” and the desk goes plenty high for me to comfortably walk on the walking pad and work at the desk. I am very happy with my purchase especially for the price it’s cheaper than most. I put this together myself it took me about 30-40 mins. On the instructions it mentions a power drill but I used a screw driver & it worked well for me, the “wood” is very easy to screw through. The height adjustment is super smooth & quiet.
