FINAL UPDATE: It’s been over a year and this product is a staple in my husbands life. It still works wonderfully and has genuinely saved us from a number of fights. He used to take forever getting out the door due to hand rolling joints, now when he says he has “one more thing to do before we leave.” It’s alot less stressful because I know he’ll be ready in 2 minutes or less. Thanks OTTO! UPDATE: customer service was great! They sent me a new one the very next day, so we’re still on track for Christmas morning. Packaging and product was much better (looked new unlike the first one I received). I’ll bump my 3 star to a 5 if it works well when he uses it! — So far I’m really disappointed. My package just arrived and it looks like it’s a used product. The packaging is all scratched up and so is the grinder. This was clearly a returned item. Im super frustrated because this is a Christmas gift for my husband and I doubt I would have enough time to exchange or return it. I bought it 3 months ago about a week ago had to buy a regular grinder. Motor has no torque dnt grind anymore just makes funny noises

This spice grinder is a complete waste of money. It stopped working after a month, and when I tried to contact customer service for a replacement, I was met with rude and dismissive representatives.     • Great electronic grinder, not great for packing cones.
The media could not be loaded. I love the electronic grinder portion, works wonders and as lazy as it sounds, makes rolling any smokeables less time consuming. The cone packing portion, while smart in design, just doesn't really pack well. If I have to take the cone out to pack it with a tool, put it back in and continue stuffing it, I may as well just pack it by hand. Overall, I love the grinder portion and I wish they would sell it separately from the cone filler for a little cheaper. Definitely pick one of these up though. ... show more

This thing is nifty. Cuts down on the time spent packing cones. Battery life on this is pretty impressive. Days between charges with active daily use. The grinding function works like a charm. Only bummer is that it isn't just load and go. There needs to be a pause in the middle to pack then reload to finish. If you skip that step, some boating is in your future, friend.
