I like that the chair was delivered when it was promised. I like that it was very easy to put together. I like that there were no missing pieces and no damages. I like the color (red) that I picked out. I like all the features that are part of this chair. So comfy too. One thing...I should have paid more attention to the size of the chair. It is large and is the biggest piece of furniture in my family room. A little overwhelming but I have gotten used to it. NICE CHAIR! GOOD PRICE! Firstly, delivery was very quick. It came in 2 boxes. Instructions for assembling were very simple my teenage son assembled most of it. All we had to do was slide 2 hand rest first then slide in back of seat and attach few wires and put 4 screws on bottom no tools needed. Recliner is super comfy and frame is strong, sturdy and well made. Quality is decent and size is perfect for any living room. It has heat mode, high low intensity, timer and 5 different modes for massage at your finger tip on remote control. It reclines perfectly and for senior citizen who have trouble getting up from sofa this one elevates up high which makes it easy and safe for senior to stand up using button on side. It also has USB port to hook up electronics and charge cell phone. There 2 pockets located on side for magazine which was very thoughtful. So, I’m kind of an idiot, I’m also a Gen Y (same thing?). This thing is extremely easy to set up. I usually throw away instructions before getting pissed and leaving a bad review, but this one had pictures for me to follow!! Assembly - 10/10 no tools required (I know you gen X’s love to attempt to DIY everything, but this one is simple enough for you guys). Everything is also color coded, but not labeled. So if you’re red/white colorblind, get a friend? Also, don’t assemble on high pile carpet. The ground clearance is pretty low for putting in the 2 single bolts. Recline - 10/10 it’s like a zero gravity chair feel. Perfect for relaxing. Vibration - 9/10. Upper neck area perfect. I have a few herniated discs (lumbar area) from the Army, and it doesn’t hit the lumbar as well as the neck. Heat - 9/10 not like my wife’s heating pad, but like a burger you pull out of a bag from a fast food joint. Speed - 3/10 I know. Why am I talking about speed…? This thing is like the DMV sloth guy from that one movie. It’s soooo slow to recline! I imagine if I’m sitting down in it and someone were to ring the door bell, I’d miss my food delivery! Ha! Jk. But really. It’s perfect for a Boomer though. Makes the design/motor feel safe/well built. I’d put my grandpa in it in a heart beat. Pleather - ?/10 I just set it up.
