The media could not be loaded. Okay, so first, the bike came with the tip of it's seat torn up in transport, see photos. Also, one of the tires wasn't fully seated in the rim. The good news is that the seller was kind enough to instruct me on how to try to mount the tire fully, and also offer me a partial refund for a new seat. I was originally going to give it 4 stars, but giving 5 because of the excellent customer service. You do have to assemble it out of the box and that took me at least an hour and a half to do on my own. The instructions are not particularly easy to understand at all, but with some common sense, you can figure it out. It has multiple speeds and can go pretty fast. You have to pedal for a few minutes to get the motor to start, and then it takes over the hard work for you, and you only have to pedal every once in a while to keep the motor going. You can adjust the pedaling difficulty if you're going up a hill or anything like that. It has quite a few different gear speeds. It's very sleek looking, I love the shiny black with red accents. It rides pretty smoothly, but I honestly think I'll be happy to get a different seat because the one it comes with isn't very comfortable. But it looks like a standard road bike seat. I think it will do the job nicely and I'm excited to ride it more. I hope this helps you decide! ... show more

I bought this bike almost a year ago and I've been using it daily to get back and forth to work. My job is almost 4 miles away up a steep hill and rest mostly flat. Takes the hill with absolute ease...I do pedal the entire ride just to save on battery and give it a Lil extra umph but ya overall the bike is great! I have a Lil over 4,000 miles on it...you can see from my pictures the bike is still in great condition..other than the back tire...but hey 4k miles lol. Oh and yes my handlebars are on backwards I know...I installed them backwards and rode like that a few months and someone told me they were backwards...I'm not changing them lol works great and I'm use to it very comfortable honestly. If you're looking for a big value ebike this is it. ... show more

I have had the Vivi Electric Bike for several weeks now, and it is my first e-bike. The bike was delivered in a well-packaged box, arriving 90% assembled, which made the setup straightforward. The build quality is impressive, with sturdy components that feel durable and unlikely to break easily. Riding the Vivi Electric Bike is a delight—it offers a smooth ride, and tackling uphill slopes feels effortless thanks to its powerful motor. I particularly appreciate the throttle feature, which allows me to quickly navigate intersections or ascend steep inclines with ease. One of the standout features of this bike is its excellent battery life. When using pedal assist mode, I consistently achieve over 50 miles on a single charge, which is more than sufficient for my daily commuting needs. However, the main drawback for me is the cost of an additional battery. At $260, the price of a second battery is nearly 70% of the total cost of the bike itself. This pricing feels steep and could deter some potential buyers who may require an extra battery for extended rides or backup. Despite this pricing concern, I would still recommend the Vivi Electric Bike without hesitation. Its robust build, smooth ride, and impressive battery performance make it a solid choice for anyone looking to embrace electric biking. If budget allows or if the pricing of accessories were more competitive, this bike would easily earn a perfect rating from me. In conclusion, would I buy this bike again? Absolutely, yes. The media could not be loaded. After riding the bike for a month the handlebars became very loose, like the fork is broken, lots of play/movement. I had a professional bike shop look at it, even though the bike shop wouldn't touch Vivi bikes, they said it looks like the fork is broken. I contacted Vivi customer service, as the bike is under warranty, asking for a replacement fork, but Vivi refused to send any replace parts and only sent a video link how to tighten a bolt? I had already did this multiple times, that is not the issue. After telling Vivi I followed the video and the handlebars still have a lot of movement and showed the video, they said "To help you solve the problem faster: You can bring your bike to the nearby repair store for repair. They can check your bike by hand and help solve the problem faster. Sorry for any inconvenience may caused." So still no replacement parts, and I'm not sure if I can find parts to fix this, or a bike shop who would be willing to try to fix it. You're already spending $500, just spend a couple more hundred and get a quality bike on sale or a quality used bike. A very poor-quality product that Amazon should not be selling on their website. ... show more

I bought this since it had a weight rating above 300lbs. For the price I got scared after ordering and reading reviews. If you’re looking for an electric motorcycle, this isn’t it. You will have to pedal. I live in a very hilly town and live several miles away from my job. I’ve had the bike for about a week now and put on close to 100 miles. It is so convenient to ride. I get about 10-20 miles on the battery depending on my riding and the hills. It has power to get up and go. On a flat road, this bike can easily hit 20mph. The fastest I had this was coming downhill and I was at 38mph. It’s a very decent bike for the price and I’m happy with the purchase. I will say that purchasing mirrors and a rear light is helpful. Oh, as a big guy, the seat is not super comfortable, I would recommend getting a bigger seat, trust me, it’ll make riding much more enjoyable. It’s no bigger than my other bike I have. The tires do seem to be cheap but once they wear down I’m sure the local bike shop can change them to a much better tire for me. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this bike. ... show more
