The media could not be loaded. The motor began making a scraping sound and eventually stopped working after just a few weeks of use. The seller took a long time to respond and address the issue; they supposedly to send a new motor, but we never received it. Instead, I ended up in a frustrating cycle with no resolution. While the bike performs well overall, the motor had assembly issues. I contacted Amazon three times and finally got a solution. ... show more

My grandson really likes this bike but the one thing they need to change are the tires . The tires are really thin and you get goatheads in the tires really easy, they need to make them thicker.

We looked at a lot of ebikes for under $1,000 and picked 2 different ones. Both had similar specs. This one has a smoother ride, higher top speed, more sturdy seat, and seems built better.
