My son was so excited about this bike, but it has stopped working after a week, and the number online has no answer. I've been on chat for hours with no response. I would NOT purchase again, and amazon doesn't allow returns on this item. Think before you buy!!!

The Ridstar Q20 Electric Bike is an absolute blast to ride—it feels more like a motorcycle than a traditional bicycle, which makes it incredibly fun. With two young kids, my wife and I have found it great for family outings; she has one child on her bike, and I have the other on mine. The power and speed are impressive, and the battery life is excellent. On half a charge, I've managed to go about 30 miles in one day. However, the bike is quite heavy, so transporting it in a car isn't really an option. It's more suited for rides starting and ending at home. I also had some issues with the second bike I purchased—missing screws and brakes that were too tight. Building the first one was easy, but the second required some adjustments. Thankfully, customer support was top-notch. They responded quickly, provided helpful videos on adjusting the brakes, and sent me a package with the missing screws. Overall, the Ridstar Q20 is a powerful and enjoyable ride, but be prepared for some heft and possible setup issues.
