Had issues, out of box failure. Took a month to resolve issues with vendor. (Vendor is highly cooperative to resolve issues) The company has no representatives locally to make repairs, the customer is burdened to make repairs on their own. So let me start out by saying I’ve owned the bike now for a month now and it has went WAY above my expectations! This thing is not only fast but EXTREMELY amazing in the deep woods. I bought it to take hunting so I didn’t have to walk miles to my tree stand. This thing is a beast when it comes to extremely ruff terrain. This bike has blown my mind and I’m always excited about riding it. If I could give them 10 STARS I WOULD!!!!! There was some paint missing from the handle bars (small little area) due to shipping. Nothing is better on the market now -price/quality/what you get. The first photo is how 24 looks compared to 26. A bit smaller but not as small as 20. What is really cool about size 24- it perfectly fit for space inside minivan! 26 was not so easy, fir for Toyota Sienna but not for Chrysler Pacifica. I tightened all spokes before the ride. The first ride's battery drained fast but the second charge was ok. Its probably normal with new batteries. Red button switch 1 or 2 wheels work. On 1 wheel power feels like a 2000-watt bike. on 2 wheels power is incredible. My rough estimate the real minimal watts of this bike is no less than 3500(both wheels) 5000 Watt maximal power- I rather believe than not. Description not lying about power. The speed was restricted, when downhill on a throttle. In flat pedaling plus throttle, I did approx 32 MILES PER HOUR- not kilometers, I hope it can ride faster if find how to cheat settings. Disk brakes are 180mm and brake pads are bigger than on most bikes. Brakes well. The rear bag and phone holder are nice. Pedals are sadly the same weak as on many other bikes, most probably they need to be replaced soon. I am happy with this bike, hope it will not cause me trouble. p.s. The first problem was with something on the road which made a flat tire. I fixed the tube but it got flat again, and I could not choose the proper tire because 24x4 is very rare. Replace the two wheels with Duro semi-slick, it gives +3 miles per hour, now is 35 MpH. The choice was very limited. I decided to buy those tires that keep 30 PSI, not 20 as a stock on this bike. Start to be sliding on wet sand. But much nicer on asphalt road. Less noise. About changing the tires. It's not an easy task on most fat-tire bikes. Hang the bike on a vertical bar- it's the better solution than flipping it upwheels. It's a challenge to first time remove the wheel from the aluminum frame because aluminum is soft. You can think something is keeping the wheel on it, not letting it out. On the rear wheel is a tiny piece of cable zip tie that helps to keep the rear hun cable from being damaged by disk brakes. Cut it off and do not forget to tie it again when changing the tire. The front wheel is better to put in place with the assistance of a friend when installing it back! It will take 5 minutes only. Doing it alone is not easy for me. Both wheels need to be pulled out not directly straight, but finding a proper position to not scratch or deform soft aluminum. Carefully adjust the bakes so don't make it cause additional tension. Wish you the best of luck in doing this task easily! ... show more
