It's like an elliptical machine you can get sun and fresh air with. You dial in the amount of resistance you want to exercise with and enjoy. Everyone talks about the power so I will leave that alone. Here's what to expect. It comes with 5 pedal assist levels. Yes you can change them to 9, but honestly I like 5 the best. Know this: After level 3 you will not be pedaling. The bike is faster than the gears, and that is common with electric bikes. Level three is a normal casual bike ride level resistance in the top gear, but you're going 19 miles an hour. And regardless if you're climbing a hill or just ascending one, you're going 19 miles an hour. Which is super cool. Above that, and your ghost pedaling. Average pedal bike speeds are 10 to 12 miles an hour so you're already ahead of the game. Top speed for me has been about 35 miles an hour and honestly I don't need to go any faster than that. It comes with a 52 tooth chain ring, and I upgraded to a 58 to give a little more pedal at pedal assistance 4. Put a few hundred miles on it now, and honestly there's not a whole lot to complain about that's worth it. I do wish it had an indicator when you switch from rear wheel to both wheels because the switch doesn't really show you much. I rode it around for several miles before I forgot that I had a front wheel to turn on as well. That's how powerful it is. I live at the base of a mountain that I would've never ventured out on, and now I'm all over it. I absolutely love it. Just know going in that even though it looks like a bicycle, it's really not. It's more like a moped above 20mph. You can pedal without the battery, but good luck. By the time you put your lock on the frame and everything else you're gonna be had a good 90 pounds. It's heavy, but really stable. Throwing this thing on the bike rack like your mountain bike is not practical, yet not impossible. If you like being outside, want to get some exercise, and like some exhilaration as well, you will love this. I usually get my exercise at level three until I'm done. That I put it at level five and haul a$$ home. :) ... show more

I received this bike on January 5 straight out of the box. The front actuator motor did not work and the bike was unusable due to the friction from this pure motor. I contacted customer service and the seller sent me a new motor when I tried to install the motor the screws that are holding it in are such poor quality that they stripped out despite me using a high-quality German 4 mm wrench per the instructions. Currently this product is unusable and has been unusable since I received it. The seller is now blaming me for using an incorrect tool and has told me to take it to a repair shop to have this done. This would obviously be at my cost. The customer service has been appalling. Amazon have been unhelpful in any way shape or form as a third-party seller do not purchase this bike if you do not want to have problems, choose another brand. ... show more

So let me start out by saying I’ve owned the bike now for a month now and it has went WAY above my expectations! This thing is not only fast but EXTREMELY amazing in the deep woods. I bought it to take hunting so I didn’t have to walk miles to my tree stand. This thing is a beast when it comes to extremely ruff terrain. This bike has blown my mind and I’m always excited about riding it. If I could give them 10 STARS I WOULD!!!!! There was some paint missing from the handle bars (small little area) due to shipping. So far very happy with this bike. 100 miles in on it so far. Made a 29 mile round trip with a bar plus left on battery, I did pedal some tho. Guessing at least 40 miles per charge if not using both motors and full speed. Goes 32 mph. The storage bag ripped on the second ride where the straps connect, was a very bumpy trail tho...would so far recommend to anyone currently debating buying one. ... show more

Had issues, out of box failure. Took a month to resolve issues with vendor. (Vendor is highly cooperative to resolve issues) The company has no representatives locally to make repairs, the customer is burdened to make repairs on their own.
