This ebike has been great for getting back and forth to work, which is a short trip. It kind of rattles when hitting bumps but I can't find the cause of it. The battery needs to be charged daily or it seems to provide less power, but it goes fast enough to get the job done. The shock absorber feature doesn't really help with big cracks or uneven pavement but it's good on roadways that are decently paved. Haven't tried it out on trails but the few times I've hit rocky terrain the treads seem to grab the rocks making for a rough ride, although the tires are nice and stable. You may have to readjust the seat and handlebar lock, it has a habit of coming loose-at least on my bike, but it's still worth the money. If you want to go off-road or hit the hiking trails you may want to get one with shock absorbers in a different location, but as a city commuter this is a good deal. First electric bike and after 1 test run, everything seems overall okay. Nothing bad enough to return it for. Each individual part and the bike overall is good. Installation was straight forward and simple. Can use it with the battery or without which is a big plus and rides fairly decently (for 20'' tires) without the battery. The folding function works as stated. I haven't used the backseat yet. Using the bike without pedaling, all electric, for a while and was fairly comfortable. The bike is low to the ground so I feel like it could be used by even kids or the elderly. The biggest strength of the bike is it's convenience. The battery is easy to put in and take out, the seat can be pushed up without blocking the battery when taking it out, the bike could be folded with 3 or 4 folds, and even the pedals can be folded which always irritated me for my mountain bike. There's even a handle so you can lift the bike under the seat since the frame has a folding feature in the middle instead of a solid frame. Lights and electric bell function well. Only a few complaints but no deal breakers. The bike is fairly heavily, i think it said 60 pounds, so it is a hassle even taking it up a couple of stairs. The steering handle could use more resistance when turning which would make going in high speeds more comfortable but it isn’t major. Also, the power levels in the bike is a bit hard to tell from the monitor but just might need to get used to it. Do not regret buying this, was a bit worried in the beginning because it only had 100ish reviews but it turned out okay. Considering the value of this e-bike you will not be disappointed. It only has a battery indicator on the right side of the handlebar and three buttons on the left, the front light has good lighting and the rear light also includes a brake and 3-speed control in the middle. and the horn underneath, the shock absorbers are hard and do not do their job very well. The battery is very well placed under the reclining seat. Good idea. If you just want to get from point A to B without too many details, it does its job. The excellent delivery the next day and the spectacular FedEx service, they carried the huge and heavy box up to my apartment on the 5th floor by stairs, it was appreciated. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The bike looks good in pictures but is unsafe to use. The chair can’t be properly tightened, so it shifts during rides, making it dangerous. When I contacted the seller, they condescendingly explained how to tighten it, he try to tell me the issue is being my fault. Because I don’t tight them strong Her is the video where you can see the more you tight you can’t really lock it Customer service was poor and seemed to rely on Google Translate. One part was broken from day one, the bike can’t be ridden without the battery, so if you far distance from your destination, you screw and it doesn’t go faster than 15 mph. I ordered 2 of these for my teen kids! Easy to assemble!! Easy to pull batteries to charge! We wanted both with key starts but got 1 with electric. I liked the price but hesitated because of the negative reviews about their customer service. After weighing my options I decided to “pull the the trigger”. The bike was delivered a couple weeks later via FedEx in a damaged box, which was my biggest fear. Fortunately, everything was intact except for the Battery Display, the housing was broken during delivery. Everything else worked as advertised (i.e. design, power, stability). I contacted the seller(s) that evening, included pictures of the damage and was surprised how quickly they responded. They offered a full refund or to replace the bike. We came to an agreeable resolution but I mention this because an earlier review stated lack of communication as a problem. Not that it wasn’t, it just wasn’t my experience and I don’t consider myself a lucky person. I really like this bike and I’m extremely impressed by their customer service! Oh!!! I’m 5’11, 220lbs and it’s a good fit for my commutes. Albeit, my 5’5 wife seems to have s lot more fun on it than me, especially after we unlocked the governor. I found the assembly easy and it does fold up very small. I could not determine any big difference in the 3 speeds when pedaling. Power starts as soon as you pedal. It would be nice to have an option if you need assist or not. The video shows a turn signal indicator where the 3 speed switch is?
