  • Great
Style: Q8 20in Folding
My son is 18 and loves it. It's about the size of a regular bike not one of those real little ones. It goes pretty fast. It was easy to put together. Very sturdy! Good lock. Bright headlight. No rear light though but they're cheap to buy at the store anyway. Totally recommend.

  • Does what it says
Style: A1 14in Folding
First electric bike and after 1 test run, everything seems overall okay. Nothing bad enough to return it for. Each individual part and the bike overall is good. Installation was straight forward and simple. Can use it with the battery or without which is a big plus and rides fairly decently (for 20'' tires) without the battery. The folding function works as stated. I haven't used the backseat yet. Using the bike without pedaling, all electric, for a while and was fairly comfortable. The bike is low to the ground so I feel like it could be used by even kids or the elderly. The biggest strength of the bike is it's convenience. The battery is easy to put in and take out, the seat can be pushed up without blocking the battery when taking it out, the bike could be folded with 3 or 4 folds, and even the pedals can be folded which always irritated me for my mountain bike. There's even a handle so you can lift the bike under the seat since the frame has a folding feature in the middle instead of a solid frame. Lights and electric bell function well. Only a few complaints but no deal breakers. The bike is fairly heavily, i think it said 60 pounds, so it is a hassle even taking it up a couple of stairs. The steering handle could use more resistance when turning which would make going in high speeds more comfortable but it isn’t major. Also, the power levels in the bike is a bit hard to tell from the monitor but just might need to get used to it. Do not regret buying this, was a bit worried in the beginning because it only had 100ish reviews but it turned out okay. Everything was basically what I expected from the description but pleasantly surprised by how seamlessly it functions. ... show more

  • Great for short commutes
Style: A1 14in Folding
This ebike has been great for getting back and forth to work, which is a short trip. It kind of rattles when hitting bumps but I can't find the cause of it. The battery needs to be charged daily or it seems to provide less power, but it goes fast enough to get the job done. The shock absorber feature doesn't really help with big cracks or uneven pavement but it's good on roadways that are decently paved. Haven't tried it out on trails but the few times I've hit rocky terrain the treads seem to grab the rocks making for a rough ride, although the tires are nice and stable. You may have to readjust the seat and handlebar lock, it has a habit of coming loose-at least on my bike, but it's still worth the money. If you want to go off-road or hit the hiking trails you may want to get one with shock absorbers in a different location, but as a city commuter this is a good deal. The seat is nice a comfy!! ... show more

  • Good bike
Style: A1 14in Folding
Good bike, has decent speed, only complaint is, where you plug it in to charge, the port broke off and fell inside the case. It's a cheap battery case, the plastic around the port broke with very little pressure.

  • Had to re write my review
Style: A1 14in Folding
Had pics. But due to ( I badhed them too hard ) my choice of words had to rewrite this. This bike will be your last days on earth. No other way to explain it. Front breaks are so tight my son went flying almost 8 ft away. The bike also starts to speed up out of no where. Advertised at 20 mph but it doesn't go over 14mph until it starts the glit h then it hits about 27/28mph then suddenly drops back down. I wanted to see all the issues my son complained about one day, so I put the key in and started it and the whole ignition fell apart. Long story longer, I am now re manufacturing this bike from the ground up to make it safe for my son. Good luck buyers. ... show more

  • Amazing customer service, amazing bike
Style: A1 14in Folding
Fedex had problems getting it to me, but the seller resolved it and was helping every step of the way, even sending a replacement when fedex deemed it undeliverable. Onto the product, it feels very sturdy despite being foldable, assembly was extremely easy, comes with tools and a small bike lock, and keys to start the bike and remove the battery. ... show more

  • Great little bike, poor quality control.
Style: A1 14in Folding
Pros: It shipped to me with the tires inflated, battery charged, and two sets of keys, allowing me to get up and running in a matter of minutes and zip it down to my local Subway to get some dinner. Suspension was stiff but eased in on the first ride. Brakes were adequately adjusted. Cons: It's a $300 Chinese-made folding ebike. You need to have a certain level of expectation when purchasing something with those criteria. The paint is loose in some areas, as is the hardware. I actually had to pull apart the stem under the handlebar assembly and tighten it because it wobbled a lot upon initial setup and made hitting the brakes VERY scary. I also had to tighten the bolt that connects the two halves of the frame together (underneath the center shock absorber). The fenders, fender supports, and rear reflector were almost cartoonishly crooked, but was remedied by some elbow grease. Battery life, yet to be determined. Will update as time passes. Bottom line: Not a bad product, just needs a little bit of mechanical know-how from the consumer the make it 100 percent. And could do with some slight improvements in quality control from Apyear. ... show more
