Install it about 30 minutes, Press and hold both speed gear buttons at the same time, while in motion to unlock the speed regulator. Press the light button for 2 seconds to turn on the lights. The bike is a blast to ride around town. Very smooth ride. Plenty of power. I go for about four mile rides. Then fully charge overnight. Battery charger automatically shuts off after battery is fully charged.

Went through hell for two weeks trying to get a refund for this bike they sent me with a huge frame issue. Sent pics, and their “tech” suggested 3 ways to fix a completely different part of the bike. This bike is delivered in pieces, and you do need to assemble everything. EXCEPT the frame and front shocks/brakes; The part that is bent on this, is attached through the frame pre-delivery and stabilizes the entirety of the front shocks and wheel. It is bent, causing a huge safety issue. They wanted this returned so they could fix it. I don’t want them to fix it I want a refund. They are selling defective bikes for 1/3rd of the cost of their web site. Buyer beware. FedEx would not return this bike for me they want me to disassemble and shove this back into a box. Sent me 3 shipping labels with the wrong weight on them. I explained that before all of this, I took the bike to a shop and they can’t repair this. Amazon wouldn’t get involved and now I’m out $500 for a piece of crap bike that I can’t even ride. They offered me a 30% refund at one point but at this point it’s about integrity. Didn't even go a total of 20 miles on this bike for issues to already start. The throttle and pedal assist have stopped working 2 weeks after I've gotten it. If the repairs are going to be costly I will be asking for a refund and returning this junk
