The bike isn't that great. But they made it right. It arrived broken inside the box, with no damage to the box. I contacted the company thru Amazon with the news. Chris was quick to send me a reply & sent out a part to replace the broken one. I also wasn't happy with the way the handle bars were so forward & low. So Chris sent me a riser & two different goose necks so I could get them adjusted to exactly what I needed. I also bought an extra battery, which Chris offered me for half price. Overall, I am happy with the out come. This is my first electric bike. I'm a bit disappointed with the way the power assist works & the little power that it has. I was expecting it to just assist with the speed I pedal. But it just accelerates to max speed as long as the pedals are moving. The max speed seems to be adjusted by the 9 settings it has which are easily adjusted on the fly with buttons on the handle bars. I was also expecting enough power to do wheelies, or at least be able to pull the front tire off the ground a little bit. But thats not the case. It just gently accelerates. But on the other hand, I did notice the front wheel pulling me out of what would have been a washout in the dirt & rocks. I would like to do more research to find out if any of the other electric bikes have a more instant response of power. So I have no reference for that. But I'm getting used to the bike & how to ride it. My last two rides were much better than the first three. The instructions are almost non-existent. But I'm hoping that thru my complaints that they will up their details in their future shipments. So there you have it. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this if Chris hadn't made things right. First e-bike ever owned and I freaking love this thing it’s snappy it gets a lot of head turns I drive it as much as possible I also haul my kids behind they love it as well I couldn’t ask for another first e-bike this summer and next winter is going to be an absolute blast!

Negative: No operational instructions ie settings controls etc. Still learning how to make adjustments and manipulate display.
