So far i charged it fully when purchased. Assembly was simple. Now this range thats advertised i have not obtained yet. So far on that first full charge ive gotten 1.8 miles. That being said I've been in communication with customer support. Hope they send be an effective battery to replace this defective one. This electric bike came in the mail easy to assemble. The instructions were clear so it was easy to put together. Also the seat is very comfortable and steering is very accurate. Looking to purchase more in the future.
