I really like this bike, it’s easy to ride and control. The battery holds a good charge so far. I like that it folds up so I can put it in my motor home so I can get around at the camp site. Doesn’t weigh so much that I can’t pick it up to put inside. Tires are of good quality and it looks really nice. The media could not be loaded. I wish I had this bike sooner instead of my slow jetson bolt pro from Costco. This bike is not only faster, has 3 speeds so I can introduce them to the different speeds without them hurting themselfs, and it comes with a security system most bikes don’t even consider, not to mention the bag they gave me with it, another whole purchase saved because this amazing bike. And it has a phone holder that charges your phone. Just need to buy a phone charger which I don’t mind considering it could be any phone that a buyer has. I haven’t even mentioned the bike itself yet. My friend has a $1200 scooter with a seat and and when I told him it was only $480 for my entire price including shipping and taxes, he was astounded he had spent so much on a scooter that doesn’t even have a horn like mine. This bike goes 22mph though when you go downhill even a slight one, it goes 25 which is a fun ride. I’ve rode around my neighborhood with my girlfriend on the back. Together we weigh 302 and the bike did slow down but didn’t kill the battery fast. Around 4-5 laps it started to loose one battery. Plus we never fell thanks to the amazing suspension. Those are the best suspension ever on any bike the way they literally handle everything. The extra weight towed but it took it like a champ still going faster then my bolt pro, at 19 mph. Amazing bike with amazing performance. I fit perfectly on the bike as the seat is adjustable. And the assembly took me only 5 minutes tho I was excited so that’s slowed me down. And using the bike with the key is just so fun. The alarm system is so loud I can’t even show my friends without being worried someone will think an actual car is going off. 10/10 bike. If you want a first bike this one goes above and beyond, the price is better then any. I do want a faster bike, but this one gets me to work and the phone holder plus the bag makes it crazy convenient especially considering I have a trail that leads to most places I need to go. Thank god I bought this bike and not the same model that’s slower and more expensive. And the battery last a good while, I won’t charge it for days and still make it to work and back ... show more

Great bike for the money, my only stop showing how much battery I have used, it is showing how many miles I drive, but not battery, over all it is Great bike, worth of money. I ride with my 5 years old son on the back seat, and he likes that.

I recently purchased and had high hopes. The bike is beautiful, heavy and compact. My complaint, I hit a pothole and blow of the rear tire, I haven't even had the ebike for month, and I have been unable to locate the exact replacement part. I made the mistake and thought that I had ordered the warranty at the time purchase of the bike, but I didn't. I at a later time, did purchase the warranty, and what a waste of time, the warranty wasn't covered, and I wasn't upset about that, I completely understand that, but they wouldn't allow the replacement part, you cannot reach the manufacture for the replacement. In closing in you want a pretty bike, get it, but ride it to hard or hit anything. ... show more

When the bike arrived, I put everything together. There seemed to be a defect on the metal bar that connects the shock absorbers. I wasn't sure and thought it was supposed to be like that. I took it out on it's first ride and that piece that seemed defective broke and caused me to have an accident which I'm still having issues from. I've contacted the sellers with no response. Got it back in June 2024 and things seemed to work very good, until just recently. The battery pack started losing charge and I was losing milage out of it, (they advertise that you can get 35 miles out of one charge, but it was more like 15) On top of that, the rear "anti puncture" tire now has a flat, and I don't have the part to fix that either since I forgot to get the warranty.
