Quick update on my purchase experience: Initial Concerns: -Bike wouldn't turn on despite thorough assembly. -Missing parts: control panel, 6mm Allen wrench, brake light connection. -Incomplete user guide. Response: -Company promptly addressed concerns via email and WhatsApp. -Replacement parts dispatched swiftly. -Power issues resolved w/ proper education, updated instriction videos, & repl parts. Current Status: -Bike now operational, delivering an enjoyable riding experience. -Ongoing communication with the company for minor adjustments. Revised Rating: -Original concerns were effectively resolved. -Upgrading my rating to reflect the company's excellent service. Detailed Review: After initial concerns about the bike's parts and performance, the company's customer service team went above and beyond to address and resolve each issue promptly. Note: New E-bikers may need to get past a learning curve on the operations to appreciate it more. Top speed tested: 35mph, reachable when shifted to higher pedal assist level & speed. Takes hills easily with pedal assist, with pedaling optional. Can take some light stairs and bumpy terrain inclines; can take this bike anywhere. Pay attention to the brakes & make sure they’re properly adjusted. Pulling a heavier bike like this can put more wear on breaklines and pads than normal bikes, this requiring more frequent checks or adjustments. Note: This bike can “take OFF like a rocket w/ the slightest push of the pedal while while in pedal assist mode, expected or not. So the brakes are critical & can be a lifeline (ie if you’re facing traffic), as they’re the 1st thing what stops the bike. Rides great. Looks & feels like a motorcycle. Royalty on the Road! Not really complicated to assemble, instructions are pretty clear, comes with a toolkit and bag, so they provide everything to assemble. The build seems to be of quality, it’s sturdy, looks great, fun to ride. The only thing for me, is after going through every setting, the fastest I’ve gotten the bike is 23 mph on a straight, flat surface, and 28 mph going down a 30° slope, still a great bike though ... show more

I truly love this ebike a major upgrade compared to my last one it feels like I'm riding an electric dirt bike it was easy to assemble and only took about an hour the next thing I will probably do for this bike is try to find out if I can get a stronger battery

The assembly was a little tricky, but eventually got the job done. The rear fender was scuffed up and I contacted the company. They were very quick and responsive. I had a few questions about top speed and some of the settings the seller got back to me with stuff to check. Easy assembly good quality. I got 2 of them 1 for the wife and me. I like the faster speed she does not so i have set hers to a lower speed, I love the adjustability in the controller. I like to hit the dirt track by my house with it, it's a absolute beast! Highly recommend. Will update after I get some more info from the seller regarding some settings on the controller. Lol FYI don't hit jumps with your phone in the phone holder. Took me 20 mins to find my phone 🤣🤣🤣 ... show more

Assembly was straight forward, logical. However instructions for battery, were useless, operation upon startup and actual riding or start to ride were nonexistent. Saved by YouTube and other bikers and their videos. After everything was figured out, display ( no directions). Bike has lots of power, two wheel drive eats up battery quick. Great brakes, comfortably ride, pedal assist got me up to over 30 mph, not bad for over sixty years old. Getting a trailer I think next! ... show more
