Note: New E-bikers may need to get past a learning curve on the operations to appreciate it more. Top speed tested: 35mph, reachable when shifted to higher pedal assist level & speed. Takes hills easily with pedal assist, with pedaling optional. Can take some light stairs and bumpy terrain inclines; can take this bike anywhere. Pay attention to the brakes & make sure they’re properly adjusted. Pulling a heavier bike like this can put more wear on breaklines and pads than normal bikes, this requiring more frequent checks or adjustments. Note: This bike can “take OFF like a rocket w/ the slightest push of the pedal while while in pedal assist mode, expected or not. I had a few questions about top speed and some of the settings the seller got back to me with stuff to check. Easy assembly good quality. I got 2 of them 1 for the wife and me. I like the faster speed she does not so i have set hers to a lower speed, I love the adjustability in the controller. I like to hit the dirt track by my house with it, it's a absolute beast! Highly recommend. Will update after I get some more info from the seller regarding some settings on the controller. Lol FYI don't hit jumps with your phone in the phone holder. Took me 20 mins to find my phone 🤣🤣🤣 ... show more

    • This bike is a beast!
At the time of this review, I have been riding the bike for about a week. I love the fat tires, and the power of the dual motors makes me have to hold on to the handlebars - I can go the speed I want with this bike. The bike has a lot of rolling mass with the big tires and heavy frame, so it takes a bit to steer the bike at high speeds - but the tires grip the pavement really well and I haven't nervous about traction (yet - I might update my review after I get a chance to ride in the snow). It would be interesting to find out why some people are able to ride their bike for a short time and then cannot turn the bike back on. I wonder if sometimes the connectors come loose, as there are many inline wire harness connections: some are connected at the factory and some you need to connect yourself. I'm considering putting shrink tubing over the connectors on my bike to help with weatherproofing and helping to keep them together over temperature and vibrations, etc.. I didn't check them all. The charger looks like a constant current (2.0 Amp) constant voltage (54.6 Volt) power supply which connects to the battery via a 2.5x5.5mm barrel connector. The power supply has a LED which shines green when the power supply is connected to AC, but not connected to the battery. When connected to the battery in need of a charge, the LED turns red. If the battery is totally dead (not recommended to discharge below 30-ish percent) then it would take about 10 to 12 hours to fully charge if it was able to have a continuous 2 amp charge rate to the end... but since the charge circuit appears to be simple, a full charge may take longer. I don't trust the charger to do its thing unattended. A couple of the plastic brackets came out of the box broken (the headlight and the single / dual motor selection switch). The customer support team shipped out a replacement headlight within a day of my sending them a message, and I am in the process of writing support about the other broken bracket - I didn't notice that the bracket was cracked right away since the bike functions ok with the switch loose on the handlebars. Good luck finding a bike with more features for less money! UPDATE 11/2/2023: The company came through for me by sending me replacements for the two brackets which were broken in shipping. The bike is working wonderfully for me so far even in cold 25f weather and some light precipitation. UPDATE 11/13/2023: The odometer hit 65 miles and the speed readout indicates 00.0 mph regardless of speed. As a result, the odometer has stopped incrementing miles - but the rest of the bike continues to function normally. ... show more

Assembly was straight forward, logical. However instructions for battery, were useless, operation upon startup and actual riding or start to ride were nonexistent. Saved by YouTube and other bikers and their videos. After everything was figured out, display ( no directions). Bike has lots of power, two wheel drive eats up battery quick. Great brakes, comfortably ride, pedal assist got me up to over 30 mph, not bad for over sixty years old. Getting a trailer I think next! ... show more

Don't get the extra warranty. The factory warranty is all you need. Any problems, just contact the manufacturer or seller and they were so understanding and solved our problem by sending a new part.

The assembly was a little tricky, but eventually got the job done. The rear fender was scuffed up and I contacted the company. They were very quick and responsive. Gave me the option to have $50 taken off or receive a new fender. The fender came within a week. Very happy with the bike and the company which stands behind their product. ... show more
