The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Multijoy 26" E bike for my wife because it was smaller and lighter than the electric Bike that I use. The sleek off road tires make riding on different terrains a breeze. It does come in a decent sized box but that is because there are not many pieces to assemble and it only took 15 minutes or so before it was up and running. The 36V battery does require about 4 hours of charge before use. The price is very reasonable for a bike of this quality. The aluminum frame is durable yet makes it very easy to handle and lift if necessary weighing in at about 50lbs. She was afraid of riding downhill at first but having front and rear disc brakes made her feel safer. The brakes do not require you to apply a lot of pressure to slow yourself. There is a Led display that shows the power level and allows you to adjust the speed level to low, medium or high as well as an option to have the display on but not have the pedal assist active. You also have a gear shift box on the right that shows the 7-speed transmission system. When using pedal assist one turn of the pedal sends you off and it is effortless to continue moving at high speeds even when going up a hill. This is important to us as we live in a very hilly area. If you do get too tired on a long or hilly ride you can just switch to full electric mode and relax. It will whiz you through the neighborhood without any pedaling needed. We have been riding all over for a few days and the battery has not needed to be recharged yet. When it does come time to recharge you can plug the charger right into the battery while it is on the bike but we find it really convenient that we can use the key provided to pop off the battery and bring just the battery inside to charge. Two keys are provided with the E Bike to remove the battery so you can keep one on you and one in the house in a safe space. What struck me about this Bike is it does not have the appearance of an E Bike at all, It is very sleek and the battery blends in seamlessly with the frame. The battery itself is not huge either yet lasts just as long, if not longer than any other E Bike. If for some reason your battery were to die while you are out riding you can still just pedal it home like a normal bike which helps your peace of mind. However I would not recommend letting that battery completely die if you can help it as it is bad for it. Overall this was a great purchase and anyone that may need a smaller framed bike would benefit from this one. It is easy for a petite woman 5'2" to get on and off from and the shock suspension makes it comfortable for longer rides. It's sleek, easy to store and I know this Multijoy E bike will last her for many years to come. ... show more

I'm an Amazon driver and was riding a bmx bike back and forth to work. By the end of my shift my legs were killing me. I bought this bike and my expectations were overmet. The ride is comfortable doesn't even feel like a bike seat. The speed is just right at about 20mph on high mode. It cut my commute to work in half. Im able to run a 10hr shift without exhorting all my energy before I even begin. Going home is a breeze as well and doesn't effect my legs at all. It’s a nice enough bike. Too bad the battery won’t charge and I can’t get help! I’m sure they’re somewhere in China, so I sent an email with photos attached to a detailed description of the issue: After completing assembly, I discovered that the battery is not charging with the charger I was sent, and I really know what’s going on bc I’ve never owned an e-bike. After about 30 hours, now 4 am EST, I receive a reply asking me to send photos that display the issue (which I’ve already done). I resend the original photos and reiterate the problem: the owner’s manual stated that if the first of four lights on the battery level-display is red, and the rest are green, the battery needs to be charged. And the right green light on the charger is telling me that the battery is charged. My next reply, sent a day later around at 4 am is gaslighting me by telling me false information: “ The first light shows red because it was designed to be red, so the first light is red no matter what, so it is not without electricity.” Well I took the bike for a test ride, knowing that the battery was not charged, and I was right. don’t I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to go thru Amazon to return this because the company on china would rather waste time being shady than resolve this issue… btw the agent’s signature says that their name is “Customer Service” - just throw that on the pile of red flags. ... show more
