Got carried away with the headline - but I'm telling you this is a big, heavy, powerful bike w/ dual 1000W motors and a 52V 23ah battery, and of course, hydraulic brakes. I've gone 35-miles roundtrip on pedal assist 3 and averaged 29.7mph, and came home with more than 70% battery remaining (..if that display is accurately measuring battery condition). Had mine about 6-wks. now and am really happy with it's performance, controllability and heavy duty frame. Oh, and it's a good looker too! I love this bike it is super comfortable. very easy to use. goes pretty far on a single charge, not exactly sure how far but I rode 15 miles and it had three quarters of a battery left and that was when I used all electric only mode. It also goes about 35 miles per hour which I was surprised by for how big and heavy it is and the headlight is awesome at night it's like a brand new cars headlight ... show more

The Fengqs Q8 plus e-bike is totally awesome. Based on my opinion, if I experience the least disappointment I would be the first to criticize, but I give credit to and where it's deserved "Great job." All parts accounted for, no damage upon arrival. I followed the instruction manual, results were just as advertised. The Fengqs Q8 Plus e-bike looks amazing, rides like a winner, top speed 38.5mph, to 40.7mph on a slight decline and brakes are sensational. The bike has so much incredible power, by throttle or PAS. I'm serious about what I've enjoyed with this e-bike. I bought a few accessories like a bag, mirrors, sport seat, helmet, water-bottle/holder and pedals. Product took about 8 business days to arrive. Upon unboxing the product I noticed a couple minor things with the bike not up to snuff. I contacted the support team with images via an email. To my surprise the support team met me with an excellent resolution. I can’t say enough good things about the support staff as any time I have had questions even prior to the purchase they replied in a very timely manner(24 business hours) I did have to wait the weekend for the resolution(believe it or not they take weekends off overseas as well) but as I woke this morning I had a prompt resolution. I have 40 miles on the bike so far while 30 of them being tested at a WMA on various soil types. Gravel, sand and tall grass including riding in the woods over down tree limbs were no match. Some use with just the throttle and some using peddle assist. Overuse the 40 miles I have about 25% left on the battery it says. I have yet to fully drain the battery however I do plan to try very soon. (Really want to put the test on what the range claims are for this bike. The dual motor is a nice feature with a very quick single push toggle button on the handlebars. Overall the appearance is very sharp. I have had Fun using this bike. The real tests will be during hunting season and into the early ice fishing season. The product also feels very sturdy. Worth the money if you are uncertain the E-Bike world is for you. Update: full tilt PAS5 setting today net 26miles, throttle assist to get started from stops(many stop signs and intersections) very little peddle assist on todays ride but top speed was 29ish mph ... show more

Got on as a gift charger didn't work they want me to send the entire bike back! Also front bearings were not greased at all! Missing luggage rack and battery was actually only a 48v!! Do not buy this Bike! There are three identical bikes with different brand names with the same components go with the one that is the Amazon Choice or prime !!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Received the bike within 4 days of purchasing. Assembly was a breeze and the bike is a beast. It has plenty of power to get me up the steep hills around my neighborhood. I highly recommend it vs the other bikes with the 48v Batteries. What’s more is customer service is amazing they are quick to respond do any question. ... show more

Got it tonight. Got a drive on. Took it on hills and full electric. Hit 35 mph on level ground. I’m 215 pounds. The dual motors shredded the steep hills. Next ride will be a range test. I came back with 40% power after an hour of hills and full throttle no peddle assist except short runs to test that feature. ... show more

We bought this bike because we moved to live in a neighborhood with hills and we tried riding a regular bike once .... , and I think that was not a pleasant experience until the e-bike package from FENQS arrived and I was able to cruise around without a care in the world!
