Love it more than any motorcycle I’ve ever owned..forks and tires are not the best but everything you wouldn’t upgrade (frame battery, motor) are amazing, breaks are shimanos entry level they do the trick.if you don’t ride like a lunatic. It goes 30 mph easy and 35 under the right circumstances

I'm 240lb 6'4 height and this bike is amazing. Uphill it pulls doesn't loose speed. Top speed it hit is 33mph what they say and I bought is bike like 3 weeks ago and I already have 200 miles on it. Range is nice it's quite comfortable. Definitely if you have money buy new forks for it suspension in the front is not the best stock. Other then that I love it. Definitely recommend 👌 ... show more

Edit: Ridstar tried to guilt trip me into changing my review. Was 3, now 1. I first got the bike and was excited to ride, and the first few times were great. However my back tire popped really easily but they were able to help by paying for the tube by refunding the amount. Then the battery started going, so they sent out a new battery and refunded $200 to pay for compensation. I was researching the 1500W version a lot, and turns out they actually might have given me the completely wrong frame for the bike. I'm not sure if I have the 1000W or 1200W motor, but I definitely don't have the 1500W version's frame. I have the display of the 1500W, but the frame is completely different than the pictures and videos I see online. I wish I was able to get the flat underside of the frame like the pictures shown, but I don't. TLDR; there are some issues, but the bike gets the job done. P.S. if you commute more than 20 miles, I'd get a second battery to add-on to the bike for more range. ... show more

I ordered this bike after doing a lot of research and seeing a few in my town. I paid $1000 even with shipping and tax and I fell I got the most quality in the price tier. The bike came almost ready to ride which is nice and as a bike mechanic I can tell the assembly was done well. I always double check on new bikes. Even the brakes were set properly. (Update Aug 2024): the seller has since been super responsive. They shared videos on how to fix the brakes and is shipping brake parts to fix the bike. I really appreciate their help, and looking forward to receiving the parts Really disappointed with the bike. I bought this in Dec 2023 for my son, and the brakes stopped working in less than 6 months of minimal use. He just uses it to go around the neighborhood. Now it’s unusable since it’s unsafe to ride. I requested the seller and Amazon for help with brakes replacement- with no response at all, since it’s past 90 days of purchase.
