First off the range is totally off on pure electric i got half the distance they are marketing from 100% to 40% i got about 12 miles i should of been in the 20 range...second the charger doesn't work and they try to play it off as if YOU'RE doing something wrong and finally after weeks of trying to return it and get a refund they require the original packaging! Like who keeps that stuff around specially after spending 800 for a product you thought was good quality and if it's over sized they charge you so save the box incase you need to return it which believe me you will ... show more

This bike is great.I have fun with it. But, it does not get 75 miles. The battery is pretty decent. You cannot access settings to change anything. When you turn the bike on, you see the icon for bluetooth, but you cannot get into it. Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining. I'm simply stating some facts. I will be upgrading this bike as time goes on, considering the motor it's so strong. The frame is sturdy.That is a very big plus. One last thing, but it's not good. It's very nice style and powerful e-bike. I bought it for my 12 y/o son, 5'3". It's big enough for him, not too small for adult. I think it should be good for up to 6'. I had two issues when I received it. 1. Headlamp is not working. Center bulb is ok, but round bulb was not turn on. 2. The charger was not working. The bike is really great and i love how the seat is relatively short which is good for riders under 5 foot. Everything about it is amazing the only bad part is that the seat can get a little bit uncomfortable. But overall, incredible bike definitely recommend

The charger does not work. There is no red or green light that comes on and it did not charge my battery. I got stuck without a battery because it said 100% charge and I got about a mile and the battery was dead.
