There is no assembly guide only a video to watch which isn't detailed enough. Not terribly difficult to set up but takes a couple of hours. The bike needs a more detailed owners manual. We are impressed with the bike otherwise. My teens are loving it!! It's good quality for the price.

Working with seller to resolve issue after bike acted up. Revision. Still no resolution or any signs of getting fixed. Rode it for two hours then it quit. Company wants us to buy another one just so we can use the box to return it. Not sure I feel like buying a new one after the way we've been treated. The media could not be loaded. This bike is really great. It wasn’t too hard to assemble. I assembled it all by myself, even though I could’ve used an extra hand, but I did it by myself. The size is perfect for me and to have another person sit behind me is even better. The speed for peddling is normal, but the speed with the battery is fantastic. It goes really fast. And the body of it is clean like the color of it all is fantastic on it as well. I would definitely recommend getting this E bike for the price it is perfect and for the shipping it was really fast. I was told it was gonna come in two weeks but instead it came in a week early. Have any of your friends or family members get this bike? It will make your life easy! ... show more
