Arrived in 3 days to my front porch. Huge box nicely packaged. Took about 1 hour to assemble everything. I let the battery charge completely before I started. I absolutely love this e-bike. It’s super fun, and fast. Here’s the thing on comfort. If you don’t pedal and use just the battery, it’s super comfortable! But if you have to pedal for awhile, I can see how it can be uncomfortable because it’s not a normal bike seat to move your legs back and forth. So I bought the upgraded battery and just cruise it around without pedaling it, it’s super fun and can go really far! I’m 6 foot and 185 lbs and it fits me comfortably. Everything is adjustable on the front. The look of the bike everyone loves! It’s way different than any other e-bike and has plenty of power. I got it to 32 mph. It gets to 20 very quickly but it does take a bit and some pedal assist to get it to over 30 mph, but it’s super stable and balanced. The tires are really big and nice. Love the basket in between the frame to put personal stuff and pick stuff up from the local store that was a huge selling point. The battery is the 1500W it’s awesome! No bad reviews so far, I love it! Update…I have over 200 miles on this bike, and I absolutely love it! The bike has a top speed of 33 mph! The battery lasts a really long time! My whole family has e-bikes and they’ve spent over 1k for there bikes and this bike is faster and goes farther! I barely even have to pedal this bike. I cruise it all over town, to stores, to my family’s house over 7 miles away up hill. And has plenty of battery life to get there and back! The brakes are still very good and just needed minor adjustments. Everyone loves the look of the bike! I removed the stickers it came with and put on my own sticker decal to personalize it. So far no problems. I understand the front tire connecting issue. It is a little sketchy if you dont know what your doing, but my front tire is still on. I added a battery to mine, and i can go anywhere i want now with no worries. Speed is just the way i like it and more. REMEMBER , this an ebike…. Not a motorcycle. 32 mph is plenty fast for Me. Awesome for its price. With the extra battery, less than 900 bucks. It goes up the hill, but moves like a tank, its the only time i peddled.p, and even then i barely peddled cause I do not want to peddle. That is the whole reason why i got it, to barely peddle. So 2 days in and I already have 79 miles on it everything came in nice and packed very well the top speed on it is correct 32mph but you goast peddle at about 20 as for mileage there way off I got about 30miles with only throttle gunned to the wall and 48 miles in peddl assist 2 but could provely get 50 to 55 with peddling assist cause I did a bunch of hills witch were not to bad all in all not a bad purchase so far (update) took to spills and bike is still in really good shape really tough no broken spokes nothing I got over 400miles in only 1 month so I have thrown everything at it and it's a really good bike and the plastic license plate mount was the only thing that I have broken off and the were very nice a replaced it free of charge very good customer service very good bike so far so good I'll keep updating ... show more

    • Impressive value for a surpisingly fast ebike.

Very pleased with mine, bike is riding great after 200 miles. For the price it's very hard to beat. I'm a 140 lb rider and I can easily top 30 mph; my highest GPS verified speed was 34 mph on a very long flat. Hill climbing is adequate and I can usually accelerate continuously up low to moderate grades, no problem. Acceleration is not especially quick, but it's surely adequate and this guarantees I ride sensibly pretty much always. Range-wise I'm getting around 30 miles on the highest speed setting with the throttle nailed to the wall pretty much everywhere I go. This is enough for a full day or errand-running all over my city, and the bike has proven to be surprisingly practical as real transportation. The only annoyances I experienced were that the front brake rotor was untrue out of the box and it took me a fair amount of time getting it straightened out and the calipers dialed-in well enough to feel comfortable riding the bike on the first day. I also had both the screws shear off of the wire supports on the rear fender during the course of normal riding. I dealt with this by chopping the fender to about half-length, which makes the bike look better anyway. I am skeptical of the 1500w power rating, since the battery BMS rating of 25A means that the bike should be capable of, at most, 1200w before hitting the overcurrent protection threshold. My guess is that the PY48v20 motor on the back wheel is rated at 1500w, although it's not stamped with a wattage rating at all, and that's where the company got it's 1500w claim from. Likewise the discharge rating of the battery is not written on the label, and I had to contact support to find this information. The good news is that the reply was prompt, courteous, and helpful and I am satisfied with the quality of service so far. My favorite thing about it is the frame line, which reminds me of the shape of the old General 5-Star mopeds of the 1970s. All-in-all the bike is an excellent value, and I'm glad I went with this instead of a similar competing bike for several hundred dollars more. Strongly recommend for anyone who like these moped-style bikes and doesn't want to spend a lot of money getting started. ... show more

This ebike looks amazing and rides amazing. I can't say enough good things about it. The quality of the bike is good and it is very quiet and comfortable to ride. It is not super comfortable to peddle but I almost never do. I am super happy with my purchase.

We bought this bike and it was great for a few weeks then the motor stopped working, I am still trying to get a refund after returning back, we had to order a new bike to replace this one, I don't recommend it
