Arrived in 3 days to my front porch. Huge box nicely packaged. Took about 1 hour to assemble everything. I let the battery charge completely before I started. I absolutely love this e-bike. It’s super fun, and fast. Here’s the thing on comfort. If you don’t pedal and use just the battery, it’s super comfortable! But if you have to pedal for awhile, I can see how it can be uncomfortable because it’s not a normal bike seat to move your legs back and forth. So I bought the upgraded battery and just cruise it around without pedaling it, it’s super fun and can go really far! I’m 6 foot and 185 lbs and it fits me comfortably. Everything is adjustable on the front. The look of the bike everyone loves! It’s way different than any other e-bike and has plenty of power. I got it to 32 mph. It gets to 20 very quickly but it does take a bit and some pedal assist to get it to over 30 mph, but it’s super stable and balanced. The tires are really big and nice. Love the basket in between the frame to put personal stuff and pick stuff up from the local store that was a huge selling point. The battery is the 1500W it’s awesome! No bad reviews so far, I love it! Update…I have over 200 miles on this bike, and I absolutely love it! The bike has a top speed of 33 mph! The battery lasts a really long time! My whole family has e-bikes and they’ve spent over 1k for there bikes and this bike is faster and goes farther! I barely even have to pedal this bike. I cruise it all over town, to stores, to my family’s house over 7 miles away up hill. And has plenty of battery life to get there and back! The brakes are still very good and just needed minor adjustments. Everyone loves the look of the bike! I removed the stickers it came with and put on my own sticker decal to personalize it. Lots of fun. Live on a hilly street. Gets going 14mph up hill, coasts at 18mph down hill. Handles great at 5-7mph to walk the dog. Lots of places to bolt on the dog leash adaptor. The only not great thing about my experience is not even a big deal; the bike jumps into gear in assist mode so I don’t peddle lol and going around corners with the dog the throttle is less then responsive. Great bike compared to others I’ve had just not as powerful as the lectric I don’t like going thirty anyways or I’d go faster then coasting down hill ... show more

The bike arrived as expected, was easy to put together and a blast to ride. The two motor model was able to get over 30 mph so speed is not an issue. Great bike to get to and from work but the cold does reduce the battery capacity but that is not a surprise. It would be great if a thermal battery cover accessorily was available. Use the bike mainly in throttle mode, it is not really designed to be peddling which if fine since off road and on I would rather not peddle anyways. Recently talked a friend into getting one and have another one who will be purchasing one in about a month. Good ROI on the value of the bike. ... show more

My likes are it feels comfortable and more of a motorcycle than a bike. The duel suspension is really nice. The speed is good as well for I can do 30mph on it and I'm a big man. The rang is great for what I use it for and it is comfortable for me. My dislikes are. The headlight could be brighter maybe with high and low beams on it, the tire could be stronger or more durable. My second time riding it I got a flat tire. So I bought more durable tires for it so this won't happen again. I also didn't like the fact that you can't buy a rear rack for it I had to custom make one for it and it turned out great. The rear shock could be a softer ride and I broke 7 spokes and had to get my rear wheel respoked. But all together it is a good bike. ... show more

This bike is incredibly unreliable. I have had this bike for under a year and it has been nothing but problems. Currently my bike is unusable as the battery is completely dead and will not power the bike. The battery will fully charge and turn off, but wont power the bike. I have treated this bike so so well (stored inside, and battery stored inside always, unless riding, to prevent temperature damage.) I have gotten it serviced, and other problems with it fixed by my local bike shop. But now its completely broken and unusable. It was very fun to ride when it was working, but there have just been problems scattered throughout. Additionally, the sellers of this bike are hard to contact about issues. I would highly advice not to spend the money on this, but if you are looking for an e-bike, go with a more reliable company. ... show more

Was packaged nice, instructions to build were easy a child could do it- they even have a build video Awesome suspension and good brakes, goes pretty fast and torquey and looks stealthy. Strong motor can get to 20mph in 5-6 seconds on a slight incline with ONLY throttle. That's very impressive for one rear hub motor at this price. Basket preinstalled for you gives it more cool and actually practical to hold things or even use as extra part of frame for more options to lock the bike etc. Bike frame feels very solid and looks really cool. No aluminum here, it's steel! I think in this market the value for this power/range and build quality the price is very good. 🤧 I get asked about it while riding! It goes 32.6 mph (true speed with gps) on flat ground. It takes awhile to get to that max speed but very quick to 20-25 mph. Expect to be around 28-30 mph most of the time. If you pedal hard and use the throttle at the same time you can reach 34-35 mph, and nearly 38-40 mph down a steep hill ... show more
