BOPZIN and its Customer Service is AMAZING! I am So Satisfied! I purchased this RIDSTAR MN-1 on Nov 2nd and it arrived Nov 7, 2023. The RIDSTAR MN-1 is a Beautiful and well manufactured eBike. It is Sturdy, well built and Fast. It lives up to everything as advertised. The total cost was $893.26! After assembly which was quite easy I took the bike for a test ride. I went to Whole Foods down the street from where I live. I made a purchase and when I came out the front tire was Flat. I contacted the seller, BOPZIN by email and explained the situation. Within a very short time I received a reply from their representative, Xingqishi. I sent him pictures of the tire. There were no visible punctures to the tire and we reckoned that the tube was defective. Xingqishi suggested that I take the Tire and tube to a local bike store for repair and they would reimburse me for the charges. I did that on Saturday, Dec 2nd and on Monday the 4th I was notified that my reimbursement has been deposited to my bank account. In responding in such a Prompt and Positive way the BOPZIN company has proven to me that they Truly Value their customers by providing us with Great post purchase service! BOPZIN and their representative, Xingqishi treated me with Respect and Fairness. I HIGHLY recommend them and suggest you who are looking to purchase a Fine product do so as well. Love my new ebike! This thing is fast!! Runs about 29MPH. I had to do a few upgrades on it like the foldable pedals and mirrors. Also had to change the seatpost and saddle because the bike was to tall for me. I'm 5'1 and I couldn't touch the floor when I sat on it and It was too hard to get on it. The bike took like 5 days to arrive which is great. Love the colors on it and it's a heavy bike. Get it you won't regret it!! ... show more

I have gotten multiple good compliments and I installed a new motorcycle rear seat, back rest of seat and rear pedals along with the side mirrors, seat turn signals and also handle signals. Put in the regular bicycle ringing bell that lights up. I also installed a new wider seat but for some reason the seat does lock in place and potholes unlocks and it swivels..sucks and dangerous so please help me fix. Also install was awful..the video and directions are crap as it says to install battery and turn on then throttle which caused the bike to try to climb my wall with one rear wheel on... So first take out gently from package being extremely careful with scissors to cut the ties that are so close to ALL the electrical and moving parts that you will damage them ...next install pedals than turn it upside down to install front tire your life will be better. During install of front tire use all the nuts that came with the spacers..the longer one goes on right side (still confusingly cofusuiouse). Be gentle with all screens as I have had to use rubber bands to install and keep on the screen, the controller button for bike all these are screwed on to bar on plastic and falling and potholes has broken one and other loose. Like all bikes reapply the screws tighten and air fill tires to 25 not max of 35psi. Also anyone knows how I can unlock the mph so can cruise more than max of 29.8mph? ... show more
