I've had the bike for a few weeks now and just hit 100 miles on the odometer. Puckipuppy is a fantastic company. I've never received this kind of customer service from any other company. Before the bike was shipped the seller called and emailed me directly to confirm the shipping and order information. Not only that, but a few days after I received the bike they emailed and called again to make sure I was able to assemble the bike and nothing was wrong. Again, completely blown away by the customer service of Puckipuppy. I'm 100% confident that if I do run into any issues later on down the line that the company will go above and beyond to remedy the situation. Shipping was lightening fast. I bought the bike on March 13th, the bike shipped on March 14th and was delivered to my front door by March 16th. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get my bike shipped to me. The bike has wonderful suspension. Makes me feel like I'm riding on air. Long battery life. I'm able to go 35-40 miles easy on throttle only mode. Smooth motor. Weather I'm in pedal assist or throttle only, the motor is very smooth and powerful to get me up hills. I went with the black color and not a scratch on it. You can tell the company listens to their customers. I, of course, watched a bunch of review videos on this bike before purchasing. Cons: A few of the bike accessories like the mirrors, cellphone holder, and cup holder are not useful. For example the mirrors move around at every bump, even though I tightened them up to the max. The cellphone holder only fits a 3 inch wide phone. The cup holder is a standard design that only fits a bike that comes with the pre drilled holes to attach it. This foldable bike has no location for this type of cup holder. The seller should recall these accessories and provided ones that actually are usable to the buyer. The other accessories are a bonus and very useful like the front and rear lights, kickstand, rear basket, and bike lock. This is my 2nd ebike and i am very pleased with it. It's good looking, well built, feels solid, has a beefy swingarm and the seat is super comfortable. But by far the best thing about this bike is the powerful motor, it leaves my old 48v 12ah ebike in the dust. Very torquey! The range was impressive as well. It comes standard with a headlight, tail light, fenders, and a rear cargo rack. The accessories are also impressive, it has mounting points for an optional front rack, saddlebags, as well as a very large optional rear cargo rack. The brakes are okay but not great. The only issues i could say is the battery rattles on hard impacts, which seems to be universal in ebikes of this rectangular frame design (ive ridden 3-all different brands). I put gaff tape around the battery to snug it up and problem solved. Overall i love the bike! Just for personal preference i put bmx handlebars, seat, and a longer travel rear shock on the bike and all were super easy to change out. ... show more

Packaged nice no damage, basic assembly may be half hour, putting on accessories is the problem, handle bars are tapered gave up for now, wanted to test ride. Did 20 mph no problem, tried petal assist, 1 is too slow 2 is to fast can't keep up have to trying out some settings later, it's to cold outside for a long ride, will update later with more experience. Pros For the price the bike is sturdy, was going to buy a suspension seat post before it arrived, glad I didn't the seat post is 33.9mm most ebikes are around 29mm. . The handle bars are strong tapered out from center, where as most ebikes are straight bars. The hand grips are screw on so they don't rotate. The rear rack is strong 3/8 tubing and is removable. Front basket is strong 3/8 and 1/4 inch tubing with a wooden bottom. The kick stand is verry solid. The break levers feel strong (metal not plastic). The seat is large with nice cushion . Wired Tail light with brake lights and a headlight, ul listed battery Cons Brakes suck verry hard with no stopping power (maybe they'll get better) listed it as a pro above but handle bars are tapered so it's hard to mount accessories. On their web site it say 20ah battery on the questions at the bottom of amazon page it says 20 ah, I asked costumer question and got a response back that it was 20hr but i recieved a 15 ah. Verry po about this will talk to customer service. This is a big bike for a 20 inch. I'm 6 ft 1 in the seat post has a scale 10 to 1 I have it on the lowest setting and my feet are flat on the ground, on the 3 rd level my toes only touch the ground. So if you are short you will have to cut down the seat post. Another pro is that the chain angles upward from the rear tire so petal strikes with the ground is verry slim, you would have to be leaning at a 45 degree angle. I also have about 10 inches from the tip of my toe to front fire. Would I recommend yes for 799 can't go wrong unless your are short. ( paid 799 -200 coupon + 100 shipping+ tax = 750) would I buy again probably not because I'm po because they lied about battery size was looking for 20 ah for range. Update Rode bike 22 miles today returned with one bar showing so 25 miles is a realist8c range, however most of range was in eco mode 12mph. Seat is on the hard size not bad but definitely not soft. Rode on rough sidewalk with a lot of sticks dirt cracks and glass, also Rode on a dirt path and rail road tracks, tires held up just fine no holes. Put a collapsible storage container on back rack, was able to get a small shopping cart worth of items inside, could not tell anything was there. Brakes are working fine now I think they just had to break in, can lock up tires now, bike heavy so you have to allow extra stopping distance. Unlocked bike but top speed is only 23 mph even with no load and tire up in the air. Overall pleased with the bike, for a cheaper ebike it is built well, still wish they had not lied about battery size Update 2 Needed the extra range so I purchased a extra battery, look for puckipuppy battery on Amazon, doesn't say what size it is but only $200, so I ordered it , it is a 20ah battery , great price , other batteries around this size are around $400 or more ... show more
