This is my first electric bike and I love it. So far I've gotten it up to 18.5mph. It's very easy to use and has a very long battery life. It was very easy to put together. It comes mostly assembled. You only add the seat and peddles. There is even room to add a water bottle below the handle bars. It has a very smooth ride and the seat it came with is actually comfortable. I decided to come on Amazon to give this bike a review . We had a jetson one before this and it only lasted a year . It had problems with it in the year we had it . That being said , we have had this one for close to two years . It is our 10 year olds bike . We have had zero issues with this bike . He rides it close to everyday . It is a great bike !     • Cheap !! Not a good business model
It's a great little scooter for back and forth to places but the motor went out on it and After doing a little bit more research and contacting the company play. Don't have any kind of service or department or mechanic that can services in the United States or in America, so they basically have a self. Help tutorial for you to fix your own scooter if something were to break on it after the warrants up after the 30 day. Return policy is up. Kinda of not the best business practice. So I was a little turned off by it so I don't think I would have to go with this particular brand if you looking for one.I half to pedal it now like a regular bike no bike shop in town has parts or will even service it for you so I'm going to half to get something else🙄 new update I ended up having to throw the intier bike away at the dump and my friend and her husband ended up making me an electric bike from scratch out of a mountain bike and it's really nice ... show more

Assembly was easy, the instruction booklet gave more info to assemble than how to use it which is dumb. This is my first EB so had no real idea how to use it, there are three modes that when riding are almost impossible to see, first trip I had no idea what I was doing and as I live on a busy road couldn't give it the attention it needed. I did another test ride around on quieter roads next, and was able to locate the modes. So I gather this is more like a scooter with peddle assist, you can just use the throttle or peddle along and the assist kicks in, you do need to peddle up hills and that can drain the battery more but it makes hills much easier. I ended up doing about 9 mile trial and it was a lot of fun, you do get a little exercise but not as much as a regular bike. I did two trips on the one charge totalling about 15 miles with hills and still had 1/3 battery left. I mostly got it to take on my camper but think I may use it for little trips around town. Not to mention I can drop my car for repair and not need to get a cab home. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Seat is a bit hard for long rides, so swap for a softer one or add a gel pad seat cover. Actual distance is about 20 miles going full throttle on mode 3 with a lot of hills. Did a route test from Brooklyn Park to Roseville which is incline majority of the way. Would be about 30 miles in flat routes. Mode 2 gets about 35 and mode 1 is just to slow for me even though it can get you further. As for going steep hills, pedaling up is not that hard with the motor assist. The front light is pretty bright too. ... show more
