I think the concept of this product is good. The product is made out of cheap plastic. The foot pieces are too close together making it difficult to put your feet straight in the stirrups. It would be nice if there was a way to adjust the tightness of the foot stirrups and adjust the distance between the feet. I can see someone’s foot slipping out while pulling on the handles and having the spring retract resulting in an injury. ... show more

First of all I bought two of this, one for my mother and one for myself. It is so hard to use that after three or four times we both had pain in our wrists abd elbows. Even after a month using it my wrist did not get use to it and now that I want to return it they refund the cost of one of them only.
