    • Works well and EK customer service was great.
This cooler keeps my cpu nice and cool, it's one of the best performing 360 AIOs. The fan RGB looks good. The fans are strong and pretty quiet at lower rpms. Some people don't like the look of the pumpblock but i personally really like it. I would like it more if the RGB on the pumpblock was a little brighter but its not dim. My cooler came with an irregular fan. It still worked just fine but it looks like the hub in the center of one of the fans was bulging and kind of cracked. I sent an email to EK with some pictures asking for help. They replied quickly and asked for my address and had a replacement sent out and delivered within a couple of days. Overall I'm really happy with this product. If you like the look of this one then i say go for it because the performance and customer service were in my experience at least great. ... show more

    • Very Silent and efficient
This AIO is very silent and efficient. I love it. It was very easy to install and it just took about an hour and a half to replace the one I had before. Keeps the CPU very cool and the exhaust fans are very good for exhausting, and they don't make a lot of noise. For the price, its definitely a top 3 AIO. Can't go wrong with this AIO if you can purchase it from Amazon and dont have to pay the expensive shipping costs from buying it directly from EKWB. ... show more

    • High quality aio cooler.
EK makes the best cooling solutions for your pc components. I like that they utilize all for sides of the mounting bracket(AMD & Intel). It also comes with pre-applyed thermal paste. Making it easier to install on the cpu. Other brands use the original plastic hold-down clamps for a AMD build but it works. Make sure that when you buy NEW it comes with the factory seal or shrink wrap. If not, it was probably tampered with. RGB. Yes it comes with RGB. Uhh meh it's pretty. Would save a little more without it. Manual is very easy to understand. Maintenance free but it does come with a plug on the radiator. Just in case you need to top off the radiator fluid. Voids the warranty if you use it but I'll rather have it. Radiator is sturdy. Wiring is easy to work with. Comes with Fan Cable Y-splitter. Makes it way better than to deal with a bird nest of wires. EK designed their own pump. The competition leans more toward Asetek. Very nice. Impressive. ... show more

    • Great performance, install was a breeze, computer is quiet again!
Dropped my CPU temps under full load from 80c to 61c, and computer is MUCH quieter now. At idle it's inaudible, but even at full load it's a huge improvement. RGB looks cool too and worked with my Cooler Master controller no problem. My only complaint is that the hoses are rather stiff and the way they exit out of one side made it to where I had to install the pump/block "upside down" but this doesn't matter at all except the orientation of the logo is inverted.     • Re-apply thermal paste!!!
The install wasn't too bad considering I've done a ton of aio/clc water cooling installs. This one was pretty average in terms of install difficulty, but the performance is top tier. I dropped 6 degrees c with this one from my old aio. Only problem I had was when I first installed it with the pre applied thermal paste was terrible. my cpu overheated on start up (i9 9900k). I removed the old thermal paste and it was dry and hard. I used the included thermal paste tube and re-applied the paste and now it runs like a dream. ... show more

Very easy installation and performs very well. I replaced my existing 360 AIO (one of the top rated AIO's) with this EK to see how it compared. The EK improved idle temps by 2 degrees and load temps by 5 degrees. So far very happy with purchase. As with any AIO, nice fan curve will make all the difference. ... show more

UPDATE (05/06/2022): Downgrading to one star as the replacement unit had it's pump completely fail in only 3 weeks time sending a massive electrical shock across my system and tripping the voltage protection in my PSU. Never will I ever have an EKWB product in any of my, or my client's systems, after having 2 out of 3 of these things come with issues and an almost catastrophic and near-system-destroying failure. Original review below: I purchased two of these for a custom dual CPU workstation build. The first one went in fine, all the fans powered on, and the RGBs synced up nicely. The second one though, all three fans had bad LEDs. I would unplug the working fans from a known good source, and plug in the bad fans and only half of the fan would light up, and only in a green color. Would not change colors, or arrangement. Always the same half, always the same green, on the first fan. The second fan it was the opposite side, but still green. The last fan only 1/4 of the LEDs would work but in a very faint blue color. Unplug the bad fan and plug the good fan back in and it would work perfectly. The LEDs in the AIO were fine and worked, just the fans were bad. Extremely strange that three fans in a single package would all have some weird LED failure, but maybe it was just part of a bad batch that got through. Got a replacement shipped out, and was delighted (sarcasm) to find it was shipped in nothing more than the clear OEM plastic wrap and nothing more protecting it, or the contents inside, from the entire world, when the other two had actually been shipped inside of a box with protective air packs. Thankfully, I only needed the fans (which worked perfectly) as I highly doubt the AIO was going to be any good from the sound of excess air sloshing in the radiator. Noise level could be better. I've had AIOs from Thermaltake and Corsair that all operated much more quiet than this. There is a lot of air left in the loop with these that always causes some level of gurgling to occur any time the system is turned off, bumped, or moved. Never had that issue with the others after the initial unboxing and installation. Corsair seemed to move air across the radiator much better as well while still running whisper quiet. ... show more
