I found this to be a decent little incubator. It is evenly heating and hydrating the eggs as it says it will do. The bottles don’t seem to need refilling much. The fan isn’t very loud either as I was concerned about this being an issue having it in the laundry room next to our room so we can check on it throughout the ending of the hatching period. I really enjoyed being able to hook this up to a battery. I was really curious if this would work if decided to later go off-grid with this in a shed or something and sure enough it does and well! ... show more

This incubator does work as expected and the bottles will keep the system hydrated, but may increase the humidity a bit too much. The egg rotation works better than the rollers and the clear dome is better for viewing, but less so for keeping a uniform temperature.

This is our first incubator, but I have read a little about these. For us the number of eggs it holds is just right, maybe even too many. It has a sensor for humidity and control for that, as well as an automatic turner. I am excited to get started. If we have any problems I will be updating. These things work great, hold heat well, and the water bottles help with adjusting and maintaining the humidity. Easy set up and instructions. So I bought a series of small incubators for my father to hatch small batches in. Ths unit is small, function and can easily be adapted to use 1 liter bottles with the water system. Unlike other units we tested, it functions properly and the humidy and temp match external devices.
