I ordered my chair on the first. They said it wouldn't be here until 9-15th, so when FedEx showed up today on a Sunday of all days I was pleasantly surprised and happy to see it was my chair. I have never assembled a chair like this before and I found it extremely easy to do with the directions, which if you just look at the pictures (that's all I did) it's pretty dummy proof. The support is absolutely amazing, the back massager is beyond amazing and the overall comfortability is onpar. As someone with extremely bad back and hip issues this was the first time in years I was able to sit at a desk comfortability, which is important because I play for long hours at a time. The price is extremely good for this product. I definitely recommend this chair and couldn't be happier. Although my boyfriend doesn't like it, he says it doesn't have enough support yet I find it has the perfect amount. I was genuinely confused as to how he didn't find it comfortable. Good thing I'm the one who gets to sit in it and not him lol. Thank you ... show more

***UPDATE: Seller was super nice and contacted me right away to resolve my issues with the two chairs. They are sending replacement parts as soon as they can. Review was updated to five stars*** My boyfriend and I recently moved in together and were looking at trying to set up a gaming nook (we have matching headphones, desks, headphone stands, and now chairs - I know, a bit nerdy and sappy, but I promise it's super cute). Anyways, previously before buying these chairs we were trying to find something that would work for both of us. I needed a leg rest (I have a messed up knee that needs to be elevated after being at work for 8-12 hours), my boyfriend wanted a chair that had adjustable arms, and we both wanted something that would look sleek and modern. These chairs check all those boxes (and quite frankly, a lot more). I love that it has a back massage feature and the pillows fall just in the right places to adequately support your body/provide good posture (I've literally reclined my chair and ended up falling asleep it in before - it's that comfy) . We've had our chairs for a couple of weeks now, and besides the fact that they both broke (I'll get to that in a second), these would be amazing. When the boxes first came in, both had a fairly large hole in the exact same spot - large enough that if the hardware hadn't of been bagged as well as it was, they would have fallen out. the feet to the chairs were both sticking out of the hole and had scratched on them (something that was slightly annoying - but not necessarily the sellers fault (although I will suggest they pad the feet/legs of the chair better for future purchases in order to prevent this happening to other customers)). Anyways, upon unboxing the chairs, all pieces were there and the instructions were relatively straight forward (I would guess approx 15 minutes or less to get one fully put together). While my boyfriend was setting up his chair though, he noticed that the right arm was broken (it's a cosmetic issue and he found the broken piece stuck inside the box - the arm still works, but it's super frustrating to buy an item and have it break before you can even use it). I felt bad for him, but I figured we could probably super glue the piece back on without any issues. So I finish getting my chair put together, sit it in, go to adjust the arms, and the left arm button (to adjust said arm) snaps off (no abnormal pressure or anything like that - and now my chair's arm is stuck in the highest position) -.- I will say I find it funny that my boyfriend and I each have a messed up arm on opposite sides of our chairs - but I'm also super bummed out that they broke/were broken before we even had a chance to enjoy them :( REMAXE customer service has been really good about getting in touch with me once I sent my initial email of concern. Normally I don't do reviews but seeing how flooded this market with products that look exactly the same i feel like i could help someone out on their search for a good chair. Especially considering that the is typically only a $5-$200 price gap in some. For starters the chair cushion is not as thick as it appears in the pictures an not really all that comfortable. I needed to place a blanket or pillow on it to make good for hours of sitting. Secondly, the leg rest is extremely stiff to get out. Its cushion is a good thickness for your legs to rest on. But it does not slide in and out easily at all. Even after applying a thin layer of lubricant on the bars, its still pretty tough (better but tough). Lastly it is a little creaky and the arm rest wobbls slightly. Nothing intolerable but its there. Overall the build quality of material is good and it came pretty quickly. Its has all the features you'd need. It rocks, back rest lays flat, leg rest is supportive, and the squeezable hard rubber arm rest move up and down a decent amount to fit under a lower desk. The tracking was faster than it said it would be and assembly was pretty straightforward. Not that complicated besides the o rings for the bars of the legrest. Those had no instructions as to what to do with them. There was a small puncture hole in the back if the chair but nothing worth the hassle of sending it back for. Overall after getting this chaie on sale for $116 after tax its not a horrible chair, but definitely the most comfy. Kinda wish I went with a respawn but considering I save about $40 and adjustable arms, I don't mind throwing a pillow on it. Plus it comes with the lowe back massager but I wasn't really into so I dont use it. Neck pillow is nice though. Update: the seller reached put to me after reading my review which shows they truly care about customer satisfaction. They were very prompt on rectifying the issue with the damage that was done during shipping with not a single bit of hassel. Because of there great customer service I felt like I had to change my rating to a 4 star. I've delt with larger sellers with a ton more headache ... show more
