I have updated the review as of 11/13/23, to reflect my complete satisfaction with this product as well as admiration of the vendor's customer service. I was contacted by the vendor after my review posted and they offered to send me a replacement, which I gratefully accepted. On testing, the product performs very well on my home network and was trouble-free to plug in and start to use. Easy to recommend this product now that I have been able to use and test it. For its price, it is a great deal and performs very nicely. RECOMMENDED! My initial review of this product was "This is a very fragile product. Likely would have been able to test it if I could plug it in while in a straight-on orientation, but my application required the antenna to articulate to 90 deg.     • Very stable yet lacks bandwidth
After my internal wifi became unusable on my mini computer I purchased this and installed it. The installation was fairly straightforward, but I used the mini CD that was included so take note that you need a CD reader, one that is capable of accepting a mini size disc. (I would think you could conversely download the drivers but I didn't see that option given.) The installation took no more than a few minutes, afterwhich the wifi was completely functional. I've been using it for about a week with no dropouts or malfunctions. I would have preferred more bandwidth, say 300mbps+, but at this price range it wasn't available. ... show more

Works well, but it will not turn to the side, so if PC is oriented vertically, the antenna is not in the right direction I had to lay my computer down sideways. I'm thinking about putting an extension cable on there, which will solve the problem. I don't know why they didn't just let it turn so you could reorient your antenna. ... show more
