Hours of fun. The youngsters are kept occupied for a long time. We put it into a deep tray to minimize spillage. Even though, it does tend to get everywhere and may make a little mess.     • Pluffle is intriguing and a great alternative to kinetic sand!
I ABSOLUTELY love Pluffle! We want it in every color! MY goal is to get a classroom set now! I am a 1st grade teacher and a parent to twins + 1. Pluffle is mesmerizing, you don't even have to take it out of the tube it comes in! I opened the box in my classroom with my students in the room. BIG MISTAKE! They literally all stopped what they were doing and we were all intrigued! It comes in beautiful colors and is glittery. I teach 17 girls and they loved the two colors we received, pink & green. I was expecting it to feel wet but it is completely dry to touch. I plan on using this in a center where students can write sight words with or in the Pluffle. I used to use kinetic sand but it is so MESSY! I like that Pluffle's a bit larger and has easier cleanup with its own container. I am interested in hearing others ideas, as well! I love that this product is gluten free and non-toxic, as well, since I will be utilizing it with children. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My 3-year old son is currently into ALL things COMPOUNDS. So when I found Pluffle, it was a no-brainer to give it a try! Together we dumped the Pluffle into a plastic bin and we were both in awe of how it moved and "melted" in the bin. My son quickly got to work. He was instantly drawn to the bright colors and the squish factor of Pluffle is like no other. I watched him use his tong scoopers to collect and fill his dump truck over and over again. As a former elementary school teacher, I am always looking for ways to help my son build his letter recognition and have been wanting to try a new sensory bin with him. I hid Alphabet magnets in Pluffle and let me tell ya, I've never seen my son be so excited to go on a letter hunt! Highly recommend as an alternative to Play-Doh and Slime! ... show more

    • Mesmerizing Sensory Fun!
What a unique and intriguing texture! My sons were mesmerized by watching it fall and move. It kept the attention of my younger son (8) much longer than my older son (11). He played with his toy cars and pushed them through, he made mountains for his trucks and forklifts to move it and he used sand toys to try and “mold” it into shapes. Great sensory activity! Tip: Use a cookie sheet, tray or bin for playing. It doesn’t stick together, so gets a little messy and you will need a vacuum to clean it up. ... show more

This is the best sensory bin item I have found. It doesn't dry out and it's relatively easy to clean up. It doesn't get stuck to clothing or shoes. It's a little more pricey than I'd like, but it's worth it.

This product reminds me of kinetic sand - but it’s easier to clean up and seems less likely to dry out. My kids are 6, 8, and 11 and were very entertained playing with their Playfoam Pluffle. It is almost cathartic to them, like a stress ball might be for a grown up. All in all, I would recommend it! ... show more
