Like others have mentioned, the heating element fail after 4 months. Instead of sending a replacement spa, they decided to send a replacement heating component. The unit has an internal heating element, how am I supposed to change the unit? Where are the instructions and why did you decide to hide your intentions to send a part when we discussed a replacement spa. This is a known problem per several comments. I should have avoided your company based on those comments. I did not and now I will attempt to warn others about your faulty product. Leaking was also an issue. ... show more

I bought the hot tub for my wife and she loves it. It was easier than I thought to set up. Totally self contained. Even has its own air compressor built in. Very nice.

    • The best thing I ever did
Between I and my partner this really was the best thing I could ever invested in. He had back surgery and it's really helps keep him more loose than he's used to. Definitely more relaxed. For me it is a big help for the bad muscle issues I have. Best thing I ever freaking did with any kind of money!

    • Mine sprung air leak a short time after I used it the second time in a seam close to the bottom
I love it. It does take a long time to heat up, but when it does, it is marvelous. As soon as I patch it, since it has an air leak, which I do not know if it’s in the product or if I did something. Not sure if I’d buy the product again.

The heating tube stopped working after only two weeks of use. Don't waste your money on this product!! Follow-up review. I received a replacement heating element on Tuesday 9-10-24, I installed it. Not less than 5 hours after installation, the new heater element stopped working TOO! Take my advice...DO NOT BUY this piece of garbage. I got my refund and threw this product in the Gabage where it belongs!! ... show more

After a solid month keeping the temperature at a constant 104 degrees everything works great no leaks heater runs fine and only using under a dollar a day in electric, this hot tub was a terrific purchase . 5 star in my opinion would recommend this product.
