I added a seat post taillight (very inexpensive) and replaced the rear shock with an air shock since the one supplied by the manufacturer was so stiff it was basically useless. It does not come close to advertised top speed but has adequate power for my purposes. To summarize, it is a great value and a surprisingly high-quality product. Assembly was easy. The only thing wrong was the fenders. The front one can not be adjusted so it won't rub on the tire and the rear one can not be mounted at all because it was definitely made for a different bike frame. Overall for my first time on an electric bike it was what I expected. Had to get use to the controls, but it was easy. (I read the manual several times before getting on it.) What I didn't expect was to get a flat on my first ride and then to find that the tires and inner tubes were the cheapest kind (thin as hell). So if you buy this bike order a patch kit, better inner tubes and tires at the same time. ... show more

The rear suspension doesn't work at all it beats the hell out of my back and will not exceed More than 28.7 mph even if I am peddling and won't let me go any faster is there anything I can do to make the rear suspension work I can push down on it with all my strength and I still get nothing that's why i went with a full suspension bike for my back I paid over a thousand dollars for the bike I'm not happy about this ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This Ebike is very well put together! I haven't had a chance to ride it yet but I can feel the power when I test it at home on my floor. It's a very heavy Ebike and feels very well made. In the video this is how I customized my Ebike. Got 2 mirrors, back light with turn signals, an additional very super bright headlight, I'm not doon yet, will update in a few months. But now I have to buy a good helmet. UPDATE... OMG OMG OMG OMG is all I can say. I finally got a chance to take it out doors and omg this E-Bike is FASTTTTTTTT!! Cause I went into the settings and did a little tweaking, lol and change the speed. Now it goes 50+ MPH!! When you get it it says it can go up to 32 mph but it's really set to 28 MPH. Now mine goes 51 mph. I really have to buy a helmet so I will be safe out here. But like I mentioned earlier this E-bike feels very well put together. It's not your averaged bike. It's very heavy. But over all I love it a lot. I also plan on buy insurance for it. this ebike is very good overall. it has really good pickup speed, rides very smoothly but has a couple issues that should be addressed by the company. the fenders are practically useless, very flimsy, they don't stay in place. the phone holder is totally useless, it doesn't hold the phone securely enough. I replaced the phone holder immediately. even with the couple negatives, I recommend this bike for a lot of fun. ... show more

I was very surprised by the craftsmanship of this ebike. It is solid and sturdy. Battery came charged, and bike was 95% together out of the box. Motor is quiet and smooth. Max speed is exaggerated, 29.7 mph downhill, but that is still quite fast. Overall, very happy
