The media could not be loaded. I've been struggling with lower back pain for the last few months and was having trouble while working out. My trainer suggested that I try a waist cincher. I was leery of trying it, but glad I listened to him. I feel a marked difference in my back. It fits nice and snug which keeps my back straight and my posture aligned. It helps me remember to sit up straight and seek alternatives on bending or slouching to get something. Even thought it keeps your back straight it is still very flexible, so it doesn't hinder your normal activities. I have no difficulty breathing. I was shocked at how comfortable this is to wear. The first day I got it, I meant to wear it for an hour to try it and I ended up forgetting it was on and wore it for 4 hours. The material is soft and feels nice on my skin. The hooks are heavy duty and made to last. There is a learning curve on figuring out how to get it hooked on and be tight enough at the same time. It only took a few days to figure out the best way for me. I'm so glad that it comes with the extender, so I have more levels to use to continue to get smaller. The media could not be loaded. This is my second purchase for this waist trainer, and it is so amazing. I was much smaller when I purchased it the first time I believe I purchased a medium and I ended up shrinking so small that the waist trainer didn't fit me anymore. This time around I ordered a 2X and I had to add the extender for it to fit me, but I am 100% positive that it will shrink my waist and I will be out of the extension and into the regular hooks within the next 3 months, especially if you wear it every day. First off, I ordered the latex one because it has the most support, the inside of it is lined with a almost fleece style material and it does cause you to sweat throughout the day but that is a good thing because you were burning calories. I actually bought it for work for my back because it gives so much support, I am a nurse and I have to lift patients and bend over quite a bit using my back and I recently had a slipped disc so this will definitely prevent any kind of back pain and it will promote good posture. Of course I'm sure you are reading this because you want to know about the quality of the brace for your waist, it definitely snatches that waste in so good you will have no rolls showing, it's very long in the Torso area so I like to push it down on my lower hip close to where my crack is at and it goes all the way up to underneath my breast which is perfect so that they're not roll popping out causing you to have a muffin top. If you're questioning buying it, girl just buy the thing he will not regret it. I suggest getting the latex one because it has the most support, it has metal boning in it to keep shape, and even over time wearing it every day it does not lose shape. I believe the last one I had lasted me about a year and it would last longer but my waist was so tiny I grew right out of it. It definitely runs on the smaller size, my waist is actually about a 3X but I ordered the 2x because I know I'm going to fit in a 2X very soon but I managed to lay down on the bed and squeeze into this one with the extender. Ok, so i started with a large and trained with that for about a year. Definitely helps with back pain from sitting down to long. I'm a on again and off again workout kid 😅, but i feel like my back is straighter and more core is a bit flatter. Just recently noticed that the large wasn't as tight anymore, so i just sized down to a medium. I have to use the extender, but i feel better with the smaller size. This is a great 1st corset for me. Advice--don't start with the smallest size, work your way down the chart* Your gonna feel good and look great 👍 ... show more

    • Don't get the D-Black Version: get the B-Black Version!
Size: XX-Small Color: B-black(9 Steel Bones Height:11.6")
Starting with a 27 inch waist, I first got a X-Small B-Black, and I loved it. Easy to put on/take off. Then I decided to try the XXX-Small (once I dieted, exercised, etc., to achieve a 25 inch waist). They didn't have the B-Black version available in that size (at the time), so I purchased the D-Black. I ended up throwing it away . . . the main problem was the TEETH. The teeth on the D-Black "get stuck" . . . you can put it on (very difficult to do, may I add . . . I had to use gloves!), but you can't take it off without tearing up your hands (if you can take it off at all . . . without cutting through it with a scissor/ruining the product, which I ended up having to do to mine). In fact, I noticed that even trying to connect/disconnect the teeth of the product without even having it on was VERY difficult! The D-Black doesn't stretch well (like the B-Black does) either, but again, it's the teeth that's the main problem (not the stretch). And ironically, it's $10 more than the B-Black! Just got a XX-Small B-Black, and it was easy to put on AND take off (just as my original X-Small B-Black was), but the smallest adjustment on it isn't as tight as I thought it would be. (But measuring around my waist with it on, my waist is 23.25 inches, so it's probably correct, given that it's 22 inches.) BTW, I have a 25 inch waist (with a 37.5 inch bust), and on the smallest adjustment (without the extender), the XX-Small gives a nice firm squeeze. Not too hard on the rib-cage, but firm enough. If you have a 27 inch waist, the X-Small would be a good fit. If you have a 23-24 inch waist or below, XXX-Small would be more appropriate. But if you have a 22 inch waist or smaller, you will need to look for a different product, as XXX small is not going to give you much of a squeeze, IMO. But now that I know that my assumption was correct . . . that B-Black is the way to go . . . I'm going to purchase the XXX-Small B-Black before it goes out of stock again! FYI ... show more
