I have really enjoyed it so far. I do recommend at least 2 upgrades. 1. Buy new street tires. You can go with 20x4" or 20x3" tires. The stock knobbies are noisy and inefficient for road use. Max on stock is 20 PSI, I recommend getting some with 40 PSI max. You can start by buying the bike and using the stock tires, but I would upgrade within a month. The stock tires are quite thin and puncture easily. Street tires are faster, although the bike is governed to top out at 21mph, so just faster off the start, down hills, and no battery mode. I bought some 20x3s which are working well so far. I plan on adding Flat Out to help avoid flats - I tried the plastic tire liner, but it didn't seem to do much. 2. Buy a new seat. The stock seat isn't bad for 30 minutes or less. If you want to go over that, find a nice comfort seat. Additional accessories are up to you. I picked up Ecotric's rear rack as well, which works well. Ebikes are easy and cheap to maintain. Easy to swap tires and tubes - easily worth it if you plan to bike regularly. ... show more

I recommended getting some loctight and making sure you use it on all the fasteners. Also replace the entire breaking system the ones it comes with are absolutely the worst. Idk but this thing rusts without touching water. It's just cheap but it's reliable AF I use it to ride 5.4 miles to work and 5.4 miles back home everyday Monday through Friday and I've been using it without issues for going on 4 or 5 months. I get realistic about 13 miles of peddle assist before I feel like I want to charge it. I refuse to let the battery die just to see exactly how far it can go. Anyways for the money it's alright. But just fyi for another 200 bucks I would rather have a 750 watt bike that goes 38 mph this thing goes 20 downhill peddling... But it actually goes 17 mph or so the street signs tell me that's the speed I'm going... I'm happy with it and it works for me. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Rear wheel is became stiff. Like the brake is on . I disconnected rear brake. I have lost 7 miles per hour on top speed. And it discharge fast.

    • Solid little bike for the money!
When I initially received the bike, I was a bit skeptical. It was rather easy to put together but was missing the front axle. When I reached out customer service, they were quick to reply and provided me a replacement piece. After ridding the bike for a few miles, I’m rather happy with my purchase.     • Good design, but terrible computer, battery, brakes
The bike was easy to assemble and not to uncomfortable on the roads. However, it came with scratches out of the box. The brakes need CONSTANT adjustment (every few days) otherwise they get way too loose. The battery display is only 4 lights. I was biking home at night and at 3/4 lights on it just shut off and I had to restart the bike multiple times. It realistically can't do more than 12 miles on a charge (riding with LVL2 assist). On L1 it's very hard to ride the bike, it's weight is felt and it seems like trying to pedal a brick. I tried to return it but it would cost way too much to ship back. ... show more

    • Looks good but not very fast
Got this for my daughter. She is 5ft and can't reach the ground with the seat all the way down. It is not fast compared to my bike. I have had a problem with the front brakes since I got it either rubbing or to tight. I adjust them and then it starts rubbing again. she like the way it looks and likes riding it. Not bad for the price. Oh also, the screw that hold the throttle fell out and I just emailed to try to get a replacement. Fingers crossed. ... show more
