These have been a game changer for me in showering. I am prone to breakouts and work on a ranch, so I regularly get pretty gritty and grimey. I also live in the Southwest, where there is sand EVERYWHERE. And yes, the sand does get EVERYWHERE. These gloves allow me to work up a nice, soapy lather before starting to wash my body. Being able to use my fingers instead of trying to squish a washcloth or loofah behind my ears or other, hard-to-reach areas really helps me get cleaned. The gloves fit comfortably and don't go sliding around when scrubbing. I do have sensitive skin that can get flakey, and while these gloves are definitely coarse, just gently and lightly scrubbing has done the trick for me every time. Even on my face! The only place I wouldn't recommend using these is on your scalp/when washing your hair. (For obvious reasons.) But I have used these before and after shaving, and they're rough enough to help prevent ingrown hairs and the like, while also making sure that I get a clean, close shave. Finally, being able to wash these in the washing machine makes these gloves a much better investment. I bought two pairs of these gloves and I'm very glad that I did. These gloves are excellent! I’ve been searching for gloves like these for so long. But most never have enough roughness to exfoliate well enough. These ones may be too rough for most, but I just gently scrub and it works. It leaves my legs soo smooth afterwards I love itt

I am a beach goddess and when I get back from the beach, I exfoliate my skin with these gloves. It removes all the dead skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. When I get out of the shower, I immediately use aloe (let dry) and then follow with cocoa butter lotion (I recommend Palmers).

I found out the white one has a hook as well, sort of as it the manufacture tag but work just the same. I would say these are size large, so lady's may think there a little big but no big deal.

These gloves are amazing! I have two pairs. One for my body and the other for exfoliating my face. They not only are great for exfoliating, but also the best way to make sure your entire body gets the much needed massage to improve circulation, etc.

They say they are gentle exfoliating, and when you feel them they feel soft and like they couldn't possibly work well...but they do! Very happy with the level of exfoliation when wet.
