The bike that I bought was listed as a 60v 32AH bike, upon testing it was actually a 48v 13AH bike. When confronted, Ecoe will lie about anything they possibly can to make sure you're stuck with this piece of junk. It was a massive pain in the neck to return it, and I had to get Amazon involved to keep Ecoe honest. Even after that, I had to pay for the shipping to return the bike, and get reimbursed the full amount later. If you don't have the money to pay for the shipping return, it's a tactic that will make sure you get stuck with this junker. Beware this company, they're shady! ... show more

Hello EcoE, I love my new E-Bike. I bought the 5,000 watt dual motor full suspension beast from you. I upgraded from a rear hub 600w Prodecotech bike. You can imagine the difference. It has a 14.3ah 36v battery. Yours is almost 3x that. Upon assembling the bike I of course charged the battery overnight and rode it the next day. It was amazing. Everything I wanted plus AWD, two big motors, and a huge battery. I hunt and I use this to get to and from the woods. This is a beast! My hunting buddies are now thinking of replacing their e-bikes with this e-bike. We are all extremely impressed with it. It had a few scratches on it upon delivery and some of the box was damaged but overall nothing major was wrong. Thank you for producing a very impressive and affordable E-bike. It does everything I need it to do and more. I looked at Backou, QuietKat, and Rambo bikes. None had what yours had and if they got close they were $6k! I can’t afford that. Needless to say I am in love with everything this bike has. Everything. The rear rack is something I’ve never had before. The LED headlight is great. AWD allows me to go wherever I need to go. The large capacity battery last forever. The dashboard screen allows me to monitor so much info and battery life. I have never had the big tires before but what a difference they make when going off road. The comfy seat is great. The rear suspension makes off roading easier on my lower back. I’ve been using the bike while hunting public land and riding to see neighbors. This is a huge and affordable upgrade. I call it THE BEAST. Thank you EcoE. ... show more

Cant really say what i want because of amazons difficult polices, but I will say that the bike is not 60v, nor does it have a 60v 32ah battery, or 60v motors. It does not exceed 30mph either barely. The reality is its a 48v system, with two 750-1000w motors, and a questional 48v battery that appears about 20-25ah which is not a good deal for this price point once you factor the difference. Hardware and parts arrived broken and missing, frame was bent and rack couldnt even mount to bike because holes were drilled incorrectly. Why advertize 60v 5000w when it is none of this? Why are the motor ratings, battery capacity, and voltage level all hidden from the consumer and cannot be read anywhere on the bike? We know why.     • It made me fall in love with electric bikes
It’s a really good bike, I like it allot, I ride my bike to work everyday, max speed really like 35mph but will slowly go faster depending on if your going downhill, easy to assemble, comfortable, it has a good bit of torque, I’m 220lb and I can feel it just pull me, so it has a good bit of power.

I was highly disappointed when I received my new 48v13ah and 1600w bike. This ad is deceitful and the only thing the ecoe ebike store had to say was, " according to the data we received from the factory the bike is 60v32ah ", bull💩. Do not buy this bike.
