I received an email from the seller a few days after ordering and it was explained to me that they could only supply ONE tracking number due to Amazon's limitations on such things for ONE ORDER. I ordered the twin pack. They wanted me to know because only ONE battery might arrive with the other one the next day or so. Well, it turns out they BOTH arrived together on the same day. This indicated that someone with their company realized that if a customer only received one battery, and, they ordered TWO, they might become very concerned that they spent so much money and only received one battery. They wanted me to know that they had to use two tracking numbers but Amazon would not allow for them to use both, so it might look to the customer that only one battery was sent. This, to me, indicates the seller is a forward thinker when it comes to customer service. I was impressed with the weight AND performance, so far. These batteries went to work the same day as they arrived, along with a 24v inverter I ordered elsewhere. These batteries were used right off the bat to supply power to two small refrigerators, fans and lights for about a half a day due to a power outage. They didn't seem to discharge much at all and I was very very happy about that. I have only used 12v systems in the past but these batteries are a game changer to me. I am very pleased with the batteries and how they have performed right out of the box. The weight is very important to me as I am not really interested in any batteries that get to over 50 lbs. I am getting old and as I age I have no interest in moving around very heavy items that require help in moving them. These babies weight just under 40 lbs !! I have seen the negative complaints and I suppose I should feel lucky. I may pick up a few more of these and have two small 24v systems. For those with only 12v experience, try a couple of these with a good 24v inverter and enjoy next lever power performance for your personal needs. Very satisfied here! ... show more

    • Great new design. Love the metal case and terminal covers.

I have both the old plastic cased ECO-WORTHY 100ah 24v and these new metal case 100ah 24v batteries. The plastic case ones have been perfectly functional and deliver the stated power, but the design on these metal ones is so much better. Having the terminals on the end makes it very clean and easy to string multiple batteries together in series. The included terminal covers give me added piece of mind that nothing will inadvertently short while working on my solar equipment, and the metal case and pressure release valve bring a little more safety to the already very safe and reliable lifepo4 chemistry batteries. I have gone exclusively with eco-worthy batteries for both my ham radio, solar power storage and lifepo4 replacements for a few UPS devices. I don't write "reviews" unless something is really good or really bad and NEVER BEFORE REALLY USING! I purchased this 24v eco-worthy battery less than a year ago. It worked as it should for 11 months, then voltage dropped to 19.7 and now, it will not accept a charge on multiple LiFePo chargers. I have reached out to Eco-Worthy to try and get a warranty replacement, but after reading the recent reviews from others trying to get warranty service, I might be wasting my time (and my $500). I tried email, chat, and calling and there is no one actively handling those methods customer contact to discuss the next step. Mfg's WARRANTY---It is QUITE MISLEADING (to say the least) to Claim "10 Year Lifespan" (printed on the battery), while nearly every component of the battery carries only a ONE YEAR WARRANTY and the others a 3 year. My fault for not reading the fine print prior to purchase, but you have been warned. I hope to hear from Eco-worthy and they honor their warranty obligation so I can change my rating. I have had the system for 24 months now. Only in the winter months On consecutive cloudy days. Does it die? Spring summer and fall works flawlessly. I am hoping with the addition of this extra battery that I can bridge that gap in the winter time. And the addition of two solar panels. Highly recommend this product if you’re looking To become your own power company. It runs everything in my garage all of my lights, outlets, garage door opener, all of my battery tools. I have 3 batteries already and they are great, Amazon's payment plan not so much. I selected the 12 month payment plan and was charged the full amout to my credit card. If I could afford the full amount I would not have selected the payment plan.
