First, the packaging of the E bike in preparation for shipment was great. It arrived exactly as it should. Everything intact in its place. Nothing damaged. Seems to be made with great care high-quality and feels and looks solid. It was pretty simple to assemble because it’s a fold up bike and pretty straightforward. Had several questions about a few minor things and I found customer service to be diligent about getting back to me and seem to legitimately care about resolving any and all issues. I highly recommend this bike. Oh, and I left out a couple of the most important aspects riding it is fantastic. It is unbelievably fast so get ready for that and I forget to say it’s fast? is fast. This is a great e-bike. The bike is well built and solid feeling. It was shipped in the folded position and my assembly was easy. I did not need any instructions. It is very fast. I max out at 32mph. I rode for 34 miles on my first ride, I was just under a half battery capacity left. I rode at varying speeds, always 15mph or higher in pedal assist mode. The seat is very comfortable for a long ride. I rode at night and the headlight is very bright. The twist throttle is my preference. The bike has good features, turn signals, a front basket, a wide seat cushion, and a bright display. Best of all, the purchase price is excellent for what you get. Great bike so far. I would’ve given it 5 stars but there wasn’t any installation instructions. There isn’t much to put together so it wasn’t too hard to figure out. I use it for hunting and had no trouble on the trails. Super quiet and great power.

Excellent bike, well built and easy to assemble. It comes 90% assembled not very good instructions but you don't need it. They have a short video on YouTube and it's very simple. Customer service is excellent I posted a question on Amazon regarding the width of the folded up bike and Eileen from customer support answered me within 2 hours. The bike ships from Chino California and I assume that is where customer support is also. The bike took 4 days to arrive to me in Northern California from Chino. I've only put 30 miles on this, but I definitely love it. I got it because I've bought so many "all terrain" modes of transportation that absolutely cannot handle all terrains. But this bike absolutely can. I have a very long bumpy dirt road that I can zip up and down with this. It flies on pavement. I usually only keep it in the second gear out of five because it's very fast. If you charge it all the way it drives for a very long time. If you only charge it up a little it'll drain pretty quickly. It's a very nice ride, it's very quiet and helps me keep up with my dog. Sometimes I just sit on it and crawl around the property at 2 mph and then zip off at 15 mph if the bugs find me! I only wish I had bought this sooner. I'm excited to see what it can do on packed snow. ... show more

This e bike is awesome for the price and the assembly was easy after watching the assembly video. It also came with printed assembly instructions. Customer support is the best I have ever communicated with. I thought I was missing a part and emailed customer support on a Sunday evening, assuming I would receive a reply back on Monday. Within an hour on a Sunday evening, Eileen at customer support had responded. I made a mistake and was not missing the part. Eileen also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I love the ride of the 20" balloon tires. The controls are easy to find for no look adjustments. I have enjoyed riding it for the 3 months that I've had it. I've gotten over 30 miles on my first charge and could have gotten more. It will do 30 mph which is plenty fast. I needed a replacement part and the customer service was great. I got exactly what I needed in the time they told it would take. On the negative side I would say that for a compact fold-able bike, it's a bit on the heavy side. I'm 70 and not as strong as I used to be. I can get it into the back of the car with minor struggle. If I was commuting and had to do this on a daily basis I would opt for the 14" version. I gave comfort 3 stars for two reasons: When I have the seat at the proper height for the peddles, it's a trick to get my feet on the ground for stops. Also, being a fold-able bike, the handle bars are essentially an extended T handle. I would have liked a couple inches moe lenght on both ends. Other than my personnel performance issues, I have found the ebcarocy 750W bike to be well made, excellent customer service and a great value.
