This is a great e-bike. The bike is well built and solid feeling. It was shipped in the folded position and my assembly was easy. I did not need any instructions. It is very fast. I max out at 32mph. I rode for 34 miles on my first ride, I was just under a half battery capacity left. I rode at varying speeds, always 15mph or higher in pedal assist mode. The seat is very comfortable for a long ride. I rode at night and the headlight is very bright. The twist throttle is my preference. The bike has good features, turn signals, a front basket, a wide seat cushion, and a bright display. Best of all, the purchase price is excellent for what you get. I've been using this bike for almost a month and everything works great as expected. The installation was simple, it took me about less than 30 mins to complete with the help if the manual it came with. I like that it can self-adjust and select the shock absorber function, which allows me to ride the bike safely in a rugged environment. We have tons of pine cones in our subdivision and I don't need to worry about stepping onto them thanks to the shock absorber. This bike can run up to 30+ mph which is pretty fast in my opinion. I am amazed with the steadiness even in a high speed for an e-bike. However, I would suggest the riders wear a protective helmet and knee pads for safety purposes. I rode the bike with my son and that was our number one priority before getting the e-bike. This is an awesome tool for all summer and fall for us. Edit: Have 70 miles on bike. Is very nice and sturdy. Would recommend Bought bike a year ago parts didn't fit. Handlebars never sat together. Went through return process, they wouldn't take it because of the battery it flags their returns. Customer service responds, sends a part after a year. The part doesn't fix any of the issues. The media could not be loaded. ive had this bike for about a week now. And I can say This bike is extremely extremely fast. I didn't think anything running of electricity can go so fast but I really can... The seat came with shock absorbers and a very large seat. The tires are big and not likely to EVER pop. The bike comes with a main screen so you can everything with so many settings. From speed. To walking. The lights are very bright and my favorite part is how it comes with blinkers. Like a car. So you're safe at night. It also has a really loud horn on it. When it arrived it was packaged very well and safe. Assembly was easy. The power on this thing is very strong it gives a big kick and before you know it you're going 30mph but you can make it a regular bike too. With regular gears. It has a front and back basket. The back can become a seat if you put a cushion on it. So it's also good for transporting it. It's a heavy bike. Very high quality. I'd rank it 5 stars. The only thing I don't like is the fact I need to take out the battery every time I park. So no one steals it. Ofc you can just take out the key that comes with it. But this is safer. Im giving this bike 5 stars because on the first ride my tire went flst anf the manufacturer sent a knew one right away. The bile has plenty of power however it is heavy. Heavy, the set up was no where close to what was shop to me. I fallen on this bike beyond several times because one how heavy and two the height. The seat on lowest and I hate stopping the bike because of the height. I hate riding it, it actually been sitting for a month now cause I hate it so much. First, the packaging of the E bike in preparation for shipment was great. It arrived exactly as it should. Everything intact in its place. Nothing damaged. Seems to be made with great care high-quality and feels and looks solid. It was pretty simple to assemble because it’s a fold up bike and pretty straightforward. Had several questions about a few minor things and I found customer service to be diligent about getting back to me and seem to legitimately care about resolving any and all issues. I highly recommend this bike. Oh, and I left out a couple of the most important aspects riding it is fantastic. It is unbelievably fast so get ready for that and I forget to say it’s fast? is fast.
