I’ve had it for roughly a month now 11/10. The shipping was 300$ which I would think is extremely steep but after I got the bike I realized with the total price of everything I actually got a really nice bike for good price, the company is awesome as well and actually fixes issues you may come across. Example, I bought mine with the bag and I didn’t realize it for about 3 days or so and I already threw the box and everything away and they still sent me a new one and it showed up in just a couple days. They did say they would send a phone holder as well as an apology gift in a way, and I didn’t get that I don’t believe but overall not upset at all. I can say the tires do seem kinda cheap I replaced those immediately because of how many goat heads we have where I live, but other than that perfect! Pedal assist works awesome and holds pretty good power up hills, the battery last quite a long time, and it’s not to difficult to put together. (I used to semi build bikes tho so maybe that’s just me) ... show more

Love My Amyet E-Bike! Ordered two of these for my son and I. Bikes came well packaged and were fairly easy to put together. Written instructions are not great so I recommend watching the YouTube video. Batteries charged up right away and we had a great first ride. I’m about 6’2 and 250 pounds and the bike fits me well; have had it up to about 23 miles an hour so far. Purchased the Asurion warranties for extra coverage. Definitely recommend. ... show more

Title: Dangerous Product and Deceptive Customer Service – Buyers Beware! I feel obligated to share my experience to protect others from the same ordeal. I purchased the EB26 bike from this company on Amazon, and it turned out to be one of the most dangerous products I have ever encountered. The brakes failed from day one, not just on one, but on two different bikes. We returned the first bike, but the company has been giving us the runaround on getting a refund for the second one. This isn’t just about a defective product—my brother was injured because of this bike’s brake failure. The company’s response? They tried to downplay the issue as a “wear and tear” problem, even though the brake defect was present from the very start. How could it be wear and tear when it failed on the first and second day of use? Their explanation is not only misleading but also insulting. To make matters worse, the customer service representative asked me to change my honest review, stating that it would impact their job. I understand job security is important, but attempting to silence a genuine safety concern is unethical. I refuse to compromise my integrity, especially as a veteran who believes in protecting others. This isn’t about a refund anymore—it’s about ensuring no one else gets hurt. Despite all the evidence, the company offered a lousy $150 refund, which doesn’t even cover a fraction of the cost or the pain my brother went through. They keep hiding behind excuses and refuse to acknowledge the serious safety hazard their product poses. I am currently preparing to file a lawsuit against this company, not just for the refund but for the deception, negligence, and danger their product has caused. Amazon customers, beware of this company. Their product is unsafe, and their customer service is manipulative and dishonest. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. It’s been excuse after excuse—delays, miscommunication—and then they had the nerve to claim my address was inaccurate, even though it’s 100% correct. This isn’t just bad service; it feels like they’re dodging responsibility for a defective bike. I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone.
