  • Good product.
Size: 17.7" x 8.2" Color: Grey
For Red Light therapy users, this was offered at a great price and checked the boxes for red and infrared light therapy. This has a constant, 10Hz, and 40Hz and power intensity and timer controls. It has more lights per pad than I have seen in a while. And it has a heavy-duty plastic wrap that can be wiped clean when needed. Every red light therapy pad seems to have a different kind of control, but it's not difficult to learn. If you are thinking of trying this kind of therapy, this pad was budget friendly, at $30.00. ... show more

  • Overall a great buy
Size: 50" x 7" Color: Grey
The media could not be loaded. Baseline: I’ve gone through 2 other red light therapy belts (purchased by myself) and an tried 3 other smaller, spot treatment red light devices (not personally purchased- under supervised PT or dermatologist). Thoughts: Thus, id purport, I have gained a fair amount of exposure to say I have a good baseline understanding of the operative functions and their potentials across variegated models and qualities ranging across the board. For discernable reasons, I won’t compare this to medical grade equipment because that’s just not what you’re buying or going to find at this price . With that being noted, this does sits comfortably at a nice product for its price point. Overall it’s got the standard RLT belt settings and frequencies, user friendly enough, and structurally effective/efficient. It’s also offers the benefit of pulsing light or continuous light. The pulsing light, is good for wound and muscle recovery, and I’ve had it used on my back in PT, but it’s nice to see it on a cheaper model, allowing home users a more versatile and exponent potential to find what benefits their needs. Overall it’s seemingly a good buy for the price point. I’d say its structural build, capability of what it offers and overall quality is comparable to a step or two above its own price range. The only flaw I found is a personal impression, about the design, and does not speak to the functionality or capability of the products overall quality. Each time you power on and off the machine or change a setting you’re auditory affronted by an egregiously loud, shrill BEEP. The best comparison I can give is it sounds like a dying spoke or carbon monoxide detector in both sound and loudness. Thankfully once you’ve powered it on and set it, the only regrettable part is over. So realistically, my opinion flaw doesn’t by any means take away from the effectiveness or overall decent quality product this is. It’s just a noise and volume that irks me and without it, I’d say it’s a solid and worthwhile purchase for the product you get. ... show more

  • Is it effective…? Only time will tell. Seems like a good product for newbies.
Size: 50" x 7" Color: Grey
So, like most of the human race, I work on a computer all day and therefore suffer the expected aches and pains that go with it (stiffness in my fingers, wrists, hands, neck, etc.) I know virtually nothing about redlight therapy but, when I saw this device, I thought it was worth giving it a try. I’m still very new to this concept and, to be completely honest, I have no idea what I’m doing. I guess the instructions are clear enough but VERY basic with no information about the actual technology, basically just how to turn it on and off and the suggestion that “pulsing” is preferred. The unit itself is easier to use than other devices I’ve tried, where I had to sit still and the product had to be propped up to stay focused on my desired treatment area without rolling away or potentially blinding me. The option of using a power bank (vs. being tethered in one place by a typical AC cord) is innovative and much appreciated! I’m carrying some extra weight (I count at least 2 chins, LOL) but this fits comfortably with a little room to spare. The cord is long enough that I don’t feel “trapped” and the remote control is pretty easy to use. I haven’t tried it on other body parts but I think it should adapt fairly easily to flat areas and could easily wrap around an arm, leg, knee, etc., although I’m not sure how well it would hold on. I can’t say I’ve noticed much of a difference yet but everything I’ve read says “it takes time” so I’m willing to keep trying it. If I can make it work consistently enough, and it does prove effective, I’ll update my review accordingly. The price-point is truly a bargain - and priceless if it proves effective! Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful! ... show more

  • Great Red Light Option
Size: 50" x 7" Color: Grey
This is an excellent red light therapy belt. I'm a big fan of red light therapy and own a variety of methods including a lamp, a small handheld one, and a similar but different one that can be laid flat or has a separate piece of Velcro that can be used to achieve the belt like setup this one offer. I think this one is the easiest to use because it has everything built right in. I can wrap up my feet, or arms, or put it around my shoulders and receive the red light therapy while watching tv. There's not many things you can do for yourself health and well being that are this easy! The red light itself comes with 105 separate chips with each one having 1 660nm and 2 850 nm lights. These are the best wavelengths for pain relief, increasing blood flow, cell stimulation, and wound healing. I find using a red light consistently really helps with healing and my daily aches and pains. The red light also has pulsing options of 10 hz and 40 hz. It also has 3 different time settings ranging from 10-30 minutes. I did find the power cord to be a bit on the short side but they addressed this too by providing the ability to use a power bank, with a pocket for it, so that this can be a truly portable red light. I love this! With it's lightweight, ability to easily roll or fold up, and power bank option this is a great option especially for people like me who travel and want to bring their wellness devices along with them. ... show more
