Adhesion: These heatsinks have been attached for several months now with no issue. I have a thunderbolt Hub at work that allows me to connect up to 3 apple laptops in order to image them. This process gets the Hub incredibly hot. I purchased these heatsinks as well as a USB fan to try and move heat away from the Hub and it's been working fantastic. I did also try the heatsinks by themselves initially because I didn't actually want to use the fan at first because it honestly looks a little ridiculous. I can confirm that the heatsinks are definitely moving heat away from the Hub, the fins were getting hot. Still needed the fan too because it was too much heat for it to go away passively but that's not the fault of the fins... These Hubs generate way too much heat imo ... show more

aside from being the wrong color, its fine. I used this to help cool a RC motor and it works VERY well. But the color is all wrong. if it was even close to what the pictures and other customers had i would have been happy.

    • Looks Like Copper... Isn’t.
I returned them. For the price, I thought I was getting copper. It’s copper-colored aluminum. I think they purposely leave out that fact in the title. I also prefer to use quality thermal pads (12W/mK) instead of the 0.8W/mK adhesive ones on these. The separate ones aren’t sticky but they still stay put. I like the AI AIKENUO 1.5mm 100x100 pad. Best value for the price and even when used vertically, the heatsinks stay put without falling off. ... show more
