Looks to be a solid unit, you can't build this for the same price. The only problem I see is that the detent pins are too small. The detent never engages and so the pin will fall out easily. I just replaced them with bigger PTO pins.

This is a well built, well put together machine. I used it on cart and lawn mower tires. It worked flawlessly, none of my rims were damaged. It is well worth the money and I would recommend it.

The chinglish instructions are ok but the Breaker handle will make a man out of you or, you will find yourself making something twice as long to get the proper leverage.
