This is a good table and chair set but not a great table and chairs. It is an excellent value for the money and works well in our space, but it won't ever be a family heirloom. It is straightforward and easy to assemble, the fit and finish are good, and it looks great in the space we have. Sturdy table and chairs. It does take some effort to get everything tight enough but once you do it is rock solid. Color of table is true to pictures, the cushions are cream with a bit of gold tint. Very pretty and very comfortable. Would recommend!

This set is perfect for a small kitchen and when I need some additional work area I just open the leaf. I am a senior woman and I had no problem assembling the table and chairs myself. The instructions were very clear and if you follow them you will have no problem.

When I first opened the package, I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of the wood finish and the cushion covers. It was in pieces, but was actually quite easy to assemble. I am a 67 year old female and it was easy for me to put together, so no worries for anyone. I was extremely happy with the size, etc and it fit perfect in the kitchen eat in area. After a week, one of the chairs broke underneath where the wood piece meets the screw. It was one chair a week to break and now I have to buy new chairs. There was no extra heavy people or abuse to the chairs. The wood is probably too soft or not thick enough to handle the weight. I do like the table and will keep that, but so disappointed I cannot use the chairs. Buy this at your own risk. ... show more

This is a really nice looking dining set. I love the fact that it has drop leafs. The wood looks nice the color is great. Only issue I have is the drop leafs when put up sloped down just a little bit. Notice this after I put it together not worth taking apart and shipping back. The price is pretty good only wish the dropleafs worked a little better when they're up. ... show more
